Food was excellent.
Restaurant is very small and very basically furnished. Pictures on the wall were skew.
Menu is comprehensive and fairly priced although more on the high side.
Service was adequate.
Does not serve alcohol so take your own.
Restaurant is easy to miss so drive slowly close to the petrol station.
As it was a very humid evening the room was hot even when the air conditioner was eventually turned on.
Would I go back? Yes in winter with a small party as the food was very good

Moksh is a small gem of of a restaurant along Main Toad Wynberg. The food is excellent and the service exemplary. I don’t think they can seat more than 18 people - there are few tables but these can be moved together to accommodate largish parties. Whilst we were there the takeaway trade was very busy. I will definitely return for another meal and can recommend visiting to enjoy a meal there.

Dinner at Moksh Kenilworth was unusually disappointing! Found a hair in my curry dish and service was generally poor. At the end of this disappointing experience, we were told that we could not redeem our Entertainer offer. This was only communicated to us on the very last minute.

This Jewel in the heart of PAARL has the best curry you have tasted in a very long time ,their staff is friendly and helpful and their pricing is fair . Most enjoyable evening was had by two lovers of curry

We were three people that dined at Moksh. The food portions were good and the price average. We had Korma lamb and chicken, butter chicken and rogan josh. All the meals were tasty and there were generous portions. The group liked the butter chicken the most. The garlic naan bread was also a hit. We will return. They also do take-aways, so you can phone an order through and collect.

Last night we met with friends for supper at Moksh in Kenilworth.. what a lovely tasty meal with excellent service. They are not licensed so remember to take your own wine, beers etc - amazingly they don’t charge corkage. It’s truly a hidden gem if you love Indian cuisine.

Best Indian Food in Cape Town! Highly Recommend!
A friend and I visited this restaurant recently and were blown away by the delicious authentic North Indian food created by their amazing Chef Vijay. This place is worth the drive to Paarl just to enjoy proper Indian Cuisine. The place was charming, simple and clean. The welcome was warm and efficient and we were well looked after by attentive hosts Sunil and Niranjan. The food was so good that we even bought takeaways for two other friends back home, both of whom raved about the food too. Will definitely return and can highly recommend.

Always excited to eat at Moksh Kennelworth as the food is always spectacular, the owner is very helpful and friendly. Please do book in advance as they are very popular. Definitely my favorite Indian restaurant in Cape Town!

This is a hidden gem! If you are a curry fundi, this is a must! Our family have spent a few months in Mumbai, this establishment has the real product, absolutely delicious!

We went to Moksh in Somerset West. Good and friendly service but food was not good at all. I had Chicken Korma. Chicken was tough and smoked no flavour at all . Rogan Josh was tasteless and rather reminded me of tomato stew. The garlic naan was good. Will def not recommend it. By far the worse food ever.
