The cafe's name fits the scenery. I had a magnificent salmon omelet and a aromatic cappuccino. I would surely come visit again.

Stumbled on this little oasis of calm during a lively walk around Cape Town. Our group of 4 had different breakfast options, all good as was the coffee. We sat outside, a lovely tree shaded area, service friendly & efficient. Reading posts on previous short comings these now appear to have been addressed. I forgot, really nice inside.

We have visited Cafe Mozart from many & always enjoyed it, especially the staff. This last visit was very disappointing. Coffee served at wrong time. Toast forgotten & then not what I ordered. A friend asked for water, also forgotten. The waitress could not offer so much as a glimmer of a smile even though we tried to be friendly.... More

I have never scored a place this low but it was worse than unsatisfactory. The table that we first sat at was covered in crumbs and other remains of previous users and even after being there for 15 minutes and having our drinks delivered and food order taken, no effort had been made to clean up. We ended up moving... More

After walking about Cape Town for a few hours on our first day, we decided to go here for lunch after seeing it recommended in the rough guide. The tables outside look nice enough, but a big part of the terrace suffers from strong urine smell (not very pleasant when you want to eat). Their lunch menu is pretty limited,... More

If you want to get away from the Long Street hub, take a little stroll down Church Street with its "Antique Market" and treat yourself to something nice at Cafe Mozart. A great setting with inside and outside seating - outside means a cute little picket fence, and aritifical lawn under nice big shady trees. This is a great place... More

Met a dear friend there, we enjoyed the vegetarian burgers. They also have a good selection of herbal teas. You can sit inside, ground level or upstairs Outside space, with astroturf.

Cozy little place within the pedestrian area. Breakfast was nice but the service was not very helpful and we waited quite long for beeing served.

When we are out walking in Cape Town, this is a place we always stop at for a coup of coffee. We have actually never had anything to eat here, but all we have seen and all we have heard from guest eating here, the food they serve, seemed to be very good! The coffee is very good and also... More

Calming, such a surprise, being in the middle of the city. Vegan food available. Sitting under the trees, wonderful. had the vegetarian burger, came with tasty salad. Will return as soon as possible.
