Fabulous lunch & great service by Lila. The daily special Line fish (cob) was cooked to perfection & salad was so fresh & served with a very tasty dressing on the side. We were recommended by our hotel & glad we went. Definitely returning for dinner before leaving.

Absolutely fantastic evening. Delicious food, excellent vibe and wonderful staff. We came 3 times in one week! The menu is understated but everything we had was delicious, especially the Mozambique prawn curry!

Wonderful ceaser salad, a very large dish.
Beef, egg and chips I also recommend..
Salad with avocado, bacon and gorgonzola we also recommend... tasty wine and quick service.

We had a very good bottle of Cedarberg Sauvignon Blanc and the fried halloumi with fig was very good but unfortunately the chicken in lemon sauce did not have much lemon flavour and I asked for extra lemon wedges to try and rectify the issue. Having said that the chips served with it were very nice. My real bug, and it happens a lot here in S A, is that the servers remove plates etc whilst other diners are still eating. This is such bad practice and gives the remaining diners the feeling they are too slow and this is not necessary especially when the restaurant is quiet. Due to this we decided to leave. A shame as you got the feeling you were an intrusion. Would we go back, possibly buy not a first choice.

This is my favourite go-to restaurant in CT. Try the Shellfish should it be on offer, it is better than any other in Cape Town. Fresh beautiful salads, grilled baby chicken is sooo tasty and one of the only restaurants in CT that serve the Bubbly and Beer truly chilled. Love this place

We liked everything about this restaurant - the food, the prices and the staff. Our waitress Chelsea was great going out of her way to find out ingredients of a sauce to bringing extra bread to sop up the remains of the delicious Mozambique prawn curry. For wonderful beef medallions in peppercorn sauce and the fantastic curry with side salad, we paid less than 450 rand. No wonder it is crowded with locals as it deserves to be.

Manos is a restaurant in GreenPoint Cape Town, approximately 2kms/1.2 miles from Cape Town City centre.
It has been a fixture in GreenPoint for over 25 years.
The menu is not extensive, but anyone can find something on it they will really like.
They do not take bookings, so get there early as they are usually packed.
We went for dinner last night, and although my grilled kingklip was really not up to their usual standard and was a letdown, the other meals were great.

Outside, with thunderstorms in the distance, occasionally some rain, but on the terrace you are covered and dry. A delicious rosé as an aperitif and main courses to enjoy. My wife had the penne arabiata, which she couldn't finish and I had the chicken schnitzel with dyjon sauce. Although I thought the sauce was a bit bland, it was still tasty.

Great food and service but overpowering noise.
This was my first visit to this main road, green point restaurant. I hope it won’t be my last. Yes, it was Saturday night, it was filled with regulars but the noise was unbearable. Sure, I’m an old guy but I’ve visited top restaurants in New York and London and NONE have the decibel count of Mano’s. That said, the tomato Mozz was excellent, the avocado perfect. And the kingklip was dense, moist and cooked to perfection. My server was Victoria - understated and attentive. The bill for one was R375, excluding tip and alcohol (on the January wagon).

They do not take evening reservations but we were luckily enough to get a table. Loved the food and the service was excellent. Restaurant manager keeps a close eye on all tables without being obtrusive. I had the grilled calamari which was soft, tender and very delicious.

We had a really good dinner at Mano’s. Typical sort of Greek fare with some interesting dishes. Good service and a nice vibe. Perhaps some of the dishes were a little inconsistent and not quite all 5/5; but we’d certainly go again.

Cozy space. Intelligent and pleasant design to look at, due to the space between tables and the intense flow of people. And beautiful people, a service team attentive to the quality of the service offered and delivered! The food? The food is the culmination of the pleasant place to be. The account reflects everything mentioned before.

We enjoyed this so much we came a 2nd time on our 9 day holiday. Very warm atmosphere, was busy both times we were there, the waitresses just didn't stop. As tourists we got the impression it was a real local neighbourhood restaurant. We will definitely come back when we visit Cape Town again.

Very nice restaurant not far from the Waterfront area. Great varied menu with traditional SA fare as well as more standard options. Reasonably priced, service was good, and food nicely presented.
