Tasty, nutritious food. Very good value for money. Regular blowls is enough for me and I normally eat allot. If you enjoy sushi and healthy food I would recomend this.

My wife and I have loved and supported The Poke co for a while. It used to be amazing and we were happy to pay the massive price tag asked. We now order and it’s either very average or terrible. Last night it was terrible...for the last time. Dry and tasteless. Extra sauce that was ordered didn’t come for about the 4th time and neither one of us wanted to even finish our meal. You are losing us as a customer that has been supporting you since the beginning and would still order multiple times a month.More

Looking for something tasty and healthy? Look no further - The Poke is it. Absolutely scrumptious bowls from which to choose. Or, make your own selections. I had the Tuna and Salmon so far - both out of control deliscious. The staff are super friendly...and well trained. Go for it, you will love it.More

If you're looking for awesome, tasty and the best pokes in Capetown... this is your place! We tried Spicy Salmon and it was incredibly goooood! I will be back for sure. Really great place & loved the vibes there.

When in Cape town their are very few places to find what you get when you order a bowl of goodness.. The green juices are my favorite esp rather green room.

The poke bowl I had was really great and the restaurant is set up really nicely. However I don’t understand how it takes half an hour to make a smoothie, keeping in mind the poke bowl was out in ten minutes.

We ordered through the Mr Delivery app which was okay, but the stand out was the quality and tastiness of the food will definitely try ordering direct from the restaurant, would definitely recommend it.

Very friendly and patient service. Clean, bright and even cool decor. Extremely tasty food! Because it was our first visit we stuck to the pre created bowels. But next time we might be more adventurous. We will definitely be back!
