Hudsons, you are better than this.

Hudsons is usually a great burger restaurant, however the evening we went, there were 6 of us, 3 of the burgers were dry and somewhat tasteless. The service was good, however as we are in the middle of covid, the poor lady who served us was running around trying to do the work of 3 people. Hudsons, please get your act together again.

A Burger Joint That Missed The Mark

Location is good, on Main Road easy to find. Atmosphere was funky and fun. Service was impeccable, staff very friendly and attentive, I applaud them for that. Unfortunately the burger did not hit the mark. Patty lacked flavour so I did not have any noticable wow effect when biting into it. I had the 180g patty, which ordinarily is enought but I think in this case it was not, but considering the lack of flavour, big will not be better. Food let done what was a great experience.

Best Birthday lunch ever

Defenetly recomened eating here. 10/10 Burgers the best venue and excellent service. The waitress was very nice and made me and my friends feel very welcome. She worked very hard to make sure that we had an enjoyable expierence. Her name was Mitchelle overall 10/10 expierence, defenetly returning🍻

Good food

We liked Hudsons. The burgers were well cooked and to our taste and the staff were friendly and efficient. We particularly liked the "Plain Jane" which was a burger and bun with fries, and nothing else. And they tasted delicious. Well worth a visit if you are in the area - and like burgers.

Poor Service

Stood outside in the cold for more than 15 minutes while staff walking up and down and does not even check who is at reception nor acknowledge you. Only when I decided to call one of the staff and ask what is happening, they said they are busy but we can come in. will never recommend Hudsons Greenpoint to anyone.

Great Pizza and Burger - also gluten-free and vegan

We have been here a lot of times during our stay. Burgers, pizzas, chips and salads are great. They offer gluten-free and vegan options. Some of the waitresses (all young, pretty girls by the way which is for sure no coincidence) are a bit slow but all were very friendly :). Definately worth a dinner.

Cool music, full of youngsters, my teenager sons would have loved to be her in their own rather me and mum...good food and lovely service. Highly recommended for burgers and informal dining.

Good burgers & pizza

Stopped in here for lunch after checking into our Airbnb which was just down the road. The service was friendly and efficient and the food was great! Especially the loaded fries which were unreal! The strawberry daiquiri was huge and so yummy. Defo recommend for a casual lunch.

A little dissapointing

We had to try the vegan burgers that we had heard so much about... decided on 2 to share... one was with a "chicken schnitzel" and the other was the beyond patty. The beyond burger was cold and undercooked. The schnitzel in the other burger was so thin it was practically hot there. I also found it very expensive to pay over R100 for just a burger... no side. Average but Inthink we may have caught them on a bad day and will give it a second try!

Had a meal here and a few drinks at happy hour which made it great value. Good food and friendly staff. The pale ale was great.
