The decor may be completely different (think warehouse meets cruise ship) but the food is still fresh, interesting and reasonably priced.

Very disappointing reception. Dish not in accordance with our order. We were expecting an extra or at least an apology... But nothing. Not a merchant at all.

What an absolute disappointment, the setting is nice but the food is horrible and not cheap either. Had a seafood platter for 2 and everything was tasteless. No seasoning whatsoever, prawns was fried oil which was clearly evident and the calamari was so soggy, I...More

Description
Born circa 1988, before the opening of the V&A Waterfront, Panama Jacks has evolved from a boatyard servicing the Royal Cape Yacht Club to a quality Seafood Restaurant known all over the world. Originally situated in Table Bay Harbour, in the working half of the Cape Town docks, Panama Jacks is unique in its setting with all the hustle and bustle of a commercial port going about its daily business. Take off your jacket, loosen your tie and come see what the fuss is all about!
