Can't fault this restaurant. Good food and good service and a nice ambience. Varied menu with enough choices to make it interesting.

Usually, when you stay at a hotel, you eat at the hotel restaurant when you don't want to expend the energy to venture out. Our experience was the opposite with Cape Grace and the Signal Restaurant......We ate dinner at the Signal on our first night...More

We had dinner and breakfast here several times during our stay. Staff was excellent and food was prepared to liking. Prices a little higher than on the VA waterfront but atmosphere and location made it worthwhile.

We had an amazing dinner at Signal. The food, service and ambiance was incredible. We chose a South African wine--our server asked if we were celebrating a special occasion and suggested instead a superior (incredible--his last bottle) wine that was less expensive than our initial...More

Excellent restaurant, innovative but not over the top. Excellent menu offer. Recommended, stylish dining in Cape Town, the lady chef improves the quality of the kitchen over time. Recommended.

Quality, service and experience world class - but so is the price. Wine list interesting and adds to experience. Value for money as a South African traveling a question but probably not noticeable for visitors

Cape Grace's restaurant definitely need more recognition. It is in the Cape Grace Hotel adjacent to the V&A waterfront. The room itself is very pleasant and well done for a hotel restaurant. We had the tasting menu with wine pairings and all courses were excellent...More

With panoramic views of Signal Hill, Signal Restaurant provides a welcome setting on the water's edge. The menu is a unique combination of flavours incorporating influences from the many cultures that called upon this region in days gone by. The aged yellowwood furniture juxtaposed with crisp white linen, all skillfully positioned in the glow of the eccentric hand-crafted chandeliers sets the atmosphere for a new level of hip hotel dining.
