Absolutely superb venue and wonderful atmosphere, the food was absolutely out of this world good. No shortage of food in the buffet and refills kept happening throughout the evening. Truly worth every cent spent!

The overall experience was like a fantasy land - which was further enhanced by the amazing live piano performance (by Robert)... yes it was just magical.
The service was phenomenal and added to the overall experience.
The high tea food was good. I was disappointed that they ran out of miniature milktarts. Some of the food items weren't that great but there were others that definitely made up for it. I would say that it was worth doing, if for anything... go for the musical experience.

December Christmas Dinner at the Crystal court is really special and once afain we had a fantastic time at Dinner. Worth the visit.

We decided to take advantage of the weekend buffet as we were going on a game drive till 8.30 and not sure if we would be on time for a restaurant meal.
There was a very wide choice of dishes but nothing that particularly stood out. We did enjoy the sushi starters but the mains were disappointing. The carvery was serving over cooked lamb and sirloin, both were chewy and not worth eating.
I’d asked for a pint of beer and a bottle was brought. The waiter explained that we could only get beer at the bar and not in the restaurant. I then saw the same waiter going to the bar for cocktails for another table.
Service was haphazard with confusion over who was serving, waiting for wine lists, waiting for wine to arrive, having to reorder when it didn’t. Servers getting upset with each other. Ice buckets were being used for more than one table so people became confused over whose wine or water was whose.
The whole thing just wasn’t very good.
We had a well cooked, enjoyable meal in the grill Room on the previous evening and the irony was the buffet cost more..
Wouldn’t recommend.

They have the most untrained chef, does not follow halal dietary requirements. Their chef is illiterate.
I had requested food for my fast which took forever to get approved, at 4am I called my food was late. As I began eating I found that my food had a strange taste of meat… I had not requested any meat in my omelette. I had then called to ask what was inside it. And the manger confirmed the chef made a mistake and put pork? What kind of mistake is that when preparing suhoor for a Muslim?

Breakfast was good. Had a large variety to choose from, but lots of flies and bees. High tea was shocking. Very little options to choose from. If they were going to have a small selection, at least make them good. Sushi badly wrapped, cake looked like it was from the night before. All the desserts looked like they were recycled from previous day. Waiter was rude and kept forgetting to get me tea. Dinner was alright. Some nice grilled prawns. But no one manned the carvery station, meat was cut and left there. They were dry too. There were also a lot of flies and bees around the fruit section, doesn't seem to be very clean.

Me and my family stayed there after our golf championship I participated in. The buffet was just too good to be true, the staff was really kind, and the rooms were just amazing. This rate would be an easy 10/10. Recommend it to everyone!

All-you-can-eat buffet with lots of variety. All the dishes were delicious. the service was impeccable. the atmosphere was great, luxurious, the decor breathtaking.

We visited with our family for a weekend away, and while enjoying breakfast at Crystal court at the Palace, we enjoyed the beautiful music played by a handsome pianist, Robert. He even played a special song for our little daughter! Thank you for the entertainment Robert!

Ambience great with piano playing all the time. Breakfast food options extensive. Staff appear a bit overwhelmed on weekends. Decor and attention to detail is great.
