Bistro Celeiro is a small restaurant with limited seating on a farm on South Africa's Garden Route. We spesialise in Homegrown salads, Venison and Homemade Ice Cream. Our small menu changes every Sunday.

Excellent food and extremely hospitable hosts, in a beautiful and intimate setting. The super-friendly Weimeraners sitting @ our feet was a nice additional touch. We will definitely go back and highly recommend it. Excellent value for money, especially considering the quality of the food. There is no liquor licence so make sure to bring your own wine!

Julio and Susan and their son runs this home based restaurant. The view from the stoep is absolutely awesome. Julio's passion for the food he makes and the way he explains the dishes are simply mouth watering. The food is freshly prepared with home made cheese and everything that is foraged locally in the garden. The freshly baked bread and home made butter is delicious.
The mussel with a creamy wasabi sauce, fig preserve, peanut brittle and liquorice ice cream is to die for.
Pricing is decent and food is awesome. Take your own drinks.

In the mood for a long lazy Sunday lunch, then Bistro Celeiro is the place to be . Loads of character , wonderful atmosphere , somewhat eccentric with gorgeous food served in a harvest table format. Definitely worth it an experience not to be missed.

by the charming Agrella familiy. The location is beautiful at the country

A barn like building which is home to the family that look after you. A small menu of delicious food while enjoying the care of the hosts. The menu changes every Sunday. Bring your own drinks - no corkage!Great garden for kids to run around and lots of beautiful cats and Ogston. A great experience worth the trip!

Situated on the 7 Passes road, this is an absolute gem of a place. This family run bistro is a must and the food is absolutely delicious.
This place is not licensed, so take your own wine/ beer with.

Paying a visit to the enchanting Bistro Celerio for the first time swept me off my feet. Walking into the wonderful structure, I was unsure whether to categorise it as castle, barn or cathedral. In retrospect, I think it is a perfect blend of genuine creativity, unbridled passion, a generous sense of quirkiness and honest hospitality. The friendly play of light through coloured glass panels, the space's incredible loftiness, fantastic works of art tastefully arranged throughout and whimsical touches all contribute to evoke the visitor's sense of wonder. Julio and Susan are absolutely natural hosts with an unstoppable urge to please. Their wholesome food brings comfort and joy and their unforgettable charcoal bread will lure the most staunch banter back to this gem in the beautiful Southern Cape! I cannot wait to go back.

I was invited as a guest for a birthday lunch and fortunately we had the harvest table. Besides the food, the entire experience was fantastic and well worth a visit. An afternoon to remember. Thank you Willem, Julio for your friendly service, Susan and their son for the awesome food. We'll be back.

So lucky to have gotten a last minute booking. Thanks to whoever cancelled! Everything about this gem of a place was divine. Gorgeous views. Amazing hospitality. Excellent service. Fantastic food. Bread was divine. Mussels were unbelievable. And the Moroccan lamb stole the show for me!

We had the Farmers Table. It was awesone.The host Julio and Willem,the waiter,
are extremely friendly and attentive.All dishes very delicious.The atmosphere is
very calm and relaxed.We enjoyed ourselves so much,that we made a further booking,
immediately.Thanks Julio for this wonderfull experience.
