Awesome freshness and spices that hit the pellet as expected. Not sure if they have boneless bunny that would be awesomeness. Thanks guys definitely hit the restaurant again when im in Durbs

Ordered a broad beans bunny through Uber Eats. Upon delivery, bunny had fallen apart all over the box. Colour of beans curry was disgusting dark brown. Never seen broad beans curry that colour. Second time this has happened. No consistency with the cooking. To top...it all, ordered soji which should come hot. Not with Goundens. They sent ice cold soji. Food, presentation is disgusting. They are masquerading as an authentic "Durban" take way in Johannesburg. They can fool people who are not from Durban. NEVER AGAIN.More
I came to Durban to eat the Bunny dish again. However my cuz suggestion was this is the best place in town this year. The food was so spicy hot for me I couldn’t taste much apart from green chills. My daughter had the chicken...curry witch was lovely again she found it just that little bit too spicy. So I tried my cuz dish witch was nice flavour. It would of been even nicer if you had a choice of level of hot spice I.e hot or mild. But I have to say it was a busy place.More
Tastiest Bunny chow that I have had. I recommend the mutton bunny to my wife and her friends. They visited and came back highly satisfied.
We had the best mutton bunny chow. Delicious and flavourful, lived up to my expectations. Durban curries are the best, very authentic. Thank you Goundens, we will definitely visit again.
Probably the worst bunny chow I've ever eaten. I ordered a mutton bunny which lacked flavour, not enough gravy and the mutton was tough. What a disappointment.
We stopped by for lunch, I had heard that this is one of the Durban institutions when it comes to a bunny chow. I had the beef bunnie, kids had chip and cheese roti with curry gravy and fish and chips. We ate in the...food hall and had a really good meal.More
My friends that are my much older first cousins. Took a break from a busy day running errands around Durban. My second time here and mutton curry bunnychow lived up to expectations. One of the best in the city.
This Indian restaurant is the best in terms of dishes like curries or breyannie, bunnychow is the best. I normally go for chicken bunny which is always the best meal. The environment is good, people are good and staff is customer friendly, service is spot...on and prices are cheap, lunch time is always busy but there is not much wait for your order.More
On our way from one attraction to another. Following TripAdvisor reviews, decided to have lunch at this gem. Unfortunately, I will not be able to come back to this truely authentic Indian place soon, will have to bear with the pleasant burn of their flavourful...curries until then.............really a must.More
