Arrived to Bungee jump and wanted a coffee, they can’t make coffee. No sugar free drinks. Shouted at by manager for walking on wet floor and can’t I see floor is wet. Trash outside by tables, broken glass, broken bottles, bottle caps. Would never recommend...to anyone never mind a touristMore

Experience Africa in a big portion. When visiting make sure you order your food early. It took really long for our food to come. Very limited menu, but to us it is really nice. Very cold beer with good company. Not a visit for every...one.More

I went there as part of a tour of Soweto with MoAfrika Tours. Food was good and plentiful with a big platter of steak, sausages and chicken wings plus sides - definitely not a place for vegetarians. Atmosphere was good with a lot of groups...in for Sunday lunch but music was a bit loud.More

I am from the UK. I lived in SA for 3 years. I say this because there seems to be some mixed reviews of Chaf Pozi and unfortunately a lot of them coming down to race or nationality. I visited CP many times on a...Saturday afternoon for some cheap braai'ed meat and a beer. The food is not restaurant quality... If you want that, go to a restaurant . My wife and I would go here for some local food, South African music and an all round good vibe. Dont expect posh. Dont expect everyone to treat you with the respect that you may deserve. Just chill out, enjoy the local vibe of Soweto and perhaps do a bungee jump if you dare!.More

We visited here as part of a tour of Soweto. It is a barn of a place. It is unfriendly and we did not feel welcome. I got the distinct impression that was because, whilst they wanted our money, we were actually the wrong colour...and a quiet, reverse apartheid system was in place. The “food” was greasy, over cooked and cold. I give way better to our dog. Save your money and go to Macdonalds. At least they treat you with civility and smile.More

There is nothing I like less than to see other people eating food that looks better than mine ESPECIALLY when I was told there were only 3 choices...flank steak, pork chops, and lamb. As I was eating my not-that-great flank steak I see one of...the servers pulling something out of a pot and slicing it up. What’s this? I think to myself. As I watch her put down a plate of delicious looking ribs piled high on a plate at the table behind me, I looked down at my sad piece of meat and wondered why I hadn’t been offered the same thing. Well, I can tell you why! I’m a white tourist and the other customers were not. I will never recommended or go back to this restaurant. ALL tourists should know that you are getting the crappy meat while others are getting the good stuff. PREJUDICE plain and simple plus their beans were too spicy (and I like spicy food), the coleslaw was too goopy, and the corn meal not cooked enough so it was ineffective for picking up food. Terrible food, terrible service, and no atmosphere (outside is fairly interesting but not worth the drive to).More

Popular with tourists and locals alike, this spot offers a variety of activities all in one. Bungee jumping, free falling inside a cooling tower, quad biking etc. You then end it all with braai meat (chisanyama) and pap with chakalaka. Favourite with locals and visitors...alike. Chase it with nice cold beers or beverage of your choice whilst listening to dance music and join the locals and visitors in dancing and having a good time, township style. We had friends from Canada and they had a good time! Enjoyed the food and drinks, especially the overall vibe of the place.More
