You won't be disappointed with the place. We ordered the smoked brisket which is very smokey but still delicious. You have to try a gin when you are here. I can recommend the Malfy gin.

They have a large variety on stunning Gin Cocktails with dry ice and exotic berries. A must have. Nice open aired restaurant. Stunning beef selections. Interesting seafood menu. Lovely unique salads and burgers. Good starters.

A delightful array of Craft Gin cocktails to choose from - we tasted 4 different ones which beyond exceeded our expectations. Steaks were perfectly seared. Excellent and attentive service. We definitely be back soon.

Excellent G&T! Good food and the service is fantastic! A bit pricey. Also a wide variety of craft beers on the menu.

Went for lunch. Expected SO much more and got SO much less.Food is VERY average, though the prices are what top restaurants charge. Definitely not worth it. First time LAST time. Not terrible, but pretty average and WAY overpriced for what you get. Will discourage anyone to eat there. MAYBE a burger, but then RocoMama is just 1min down the... More

Went out with a few friend for dinner last night and had a blast, the gin options are endless and the preperation and presentation thereof exciting. We were disappointed by the food however as none of the steaks was served as ordered. The guys who had burgers enjoyed every bite though. The place has a nice comfortable vibe to it,... More

Excellent food and excellent service, definitely recommend everyone to experience that feeling of not wanting to take the last bite because you don't want it to end.

When you finish your meal and you're too afraid to take a sip of your drink because you dont want to lose the taste of the food you've just eaten, you know you're at a restaurant that is worth every penny. The service is excellent...you actually feel excited to tip the waiter too much. It's red carpet treatment from taking... More

Carbon Bistro is a trendy place for socializing whilst enjoying a gin and tonic from their huge selection of local and imported, top quality gins. Follow this up with superb food and wine, like the perfectly done Wagyu steak. Overall winner!
