The chocolate brownie ice cream with the waffle is my absolute favorite! The coffee is fresh and with every sip.

Had a delightful sweet experience there. Lovely staff- who patiently waited for me to decide on two enticing flavours of ice cream. Good coffee. Staff make all the difference!

Definitely go here for the coffee, it is great!
The ice cream selection looked good although I didn’t taste any, many other patrons seemed most appreciative.
The food menu is limited but good for a light meal, I had a divine roasted vegetable salad with extra feta & my husband really enjoyed his lamb pita (evidently a menu Favourite) . There’s a good selection of sandwiches & salad
Coffee still one of the best I had while visiting Pretoria

We popped in for coffee late late on a Tuesday morning and opted for cappuccinos and bran muffins. Coffee was great! Muffins not so much. They came well presented, cut in half and nicely decorated with bits of fruit and icing sugar. On tasting it they were found to be icy cold. Querying this we were told by the waitress that it was because they were out of the fridge!?! We requested for them to be warmed up and also for some butter as they were on the dry side - obviously not fresh. They came back having been warmed up with tubs of prepacked butter but no knives - oh well - the cake fork had to suffice. Stick with their coffee and gelato!

Aroma is a nice gelato bar as this is the reason I go there mostly. They have a wide selection of gelatos and it is some of the best that I have had. Although these are more on the expensive side of things it is not a price that I hesitate too much to pay knowing that the quality of their product is worth it.
Their coffee on the other hand I find lacking. Sadly the quality of their coffee is not great. I have had worse, but then again, I have also had much, much better. I do not think that the price of the coffee matches the quality.
I would recommend their gelato, I would not recommend their coffee.

A recent breakfast visit was pleasant but could have been better as the Salmon Benedict was served without the customary Hollandaise sauce. This was not ok and was most disappointi g as the smoked salmon was also somewhat watery. The coffee was however delightful. Come on, you can do better than this!!

When you say coffee, I say when? Aroma's coffee has the taste of a good, well-rounded, single origin coffee that will please most coffee aficionados - great for everyday consumption. If you are also into ice-cream, you may very well visit this venue for a cold, creamy delight.

I really loved their ice cream, but the waffles not so much. They also have non dairy ice cream which is good for those trying to avoid the dairy and the sugar.

Was looking for quiet, yet vibrant, location to just sit and eat ice cream with my date.
We both loved the ice cream and the atmosphere. Would definitely go back.

My family visits Aroma on a regular basis. My youngest loves the ice cream. This was my first. Now to put this in to perspective, I believe I am a serous coffee lover. Having on average 28 cups of black no sugar beverage when in the office. This was AWSOME! I live the place. Great service, great coffee and great food.

Really good ice cream and coffee. They are continuously playing around with the flavours of their ice creams which means that you can always get something new. Would recommend an afternoon outing to get waffles with ice cream and a good coffee. It also regularly stays open until past 21:00

We got together after a school function. The atmosphere is casual and you order at the bar. excellent ice cream - best in town - and very good coffee. Seating inside or out with a TV on sports channel. Excellent!

Always been a fan of this place , and boy , can they make a very good Peanut Butter Smoothie/Freezo.They also got quite a variety of coffee`s.Still need to,one day, eat there to find out just how good the food is,but almost sure it`s the same quality as the Smoothie/Freezo.
