We visited Tin Roof two weeks ago to celebrate my birthday. I must say it was our best restaurant experience in a very long time. The food, starters, mains and deserts was all exceptional. I can highly recommend them for an overall great dining experience.

We recently had an anniversary dinner for 20 people at the Tin Roof Cafe. We had the tasting menu. The service was excellent, the waiters were attentive and efficient... the food was amazing ! The way that Jenny and her team went OUT OF THEIR...way to cater for absolutely all our special needs, the Chef's introduction of the courses and the general ambiance just made it a very special evening. We cannot thank you enough !!More

Had an amazing private dinning experience. My family and went to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The stuff was welcoming. My 6 year old had the Lamb pizza, I had to try it, seeing he was enjoying it so much. The crust was crisp and flavorful....The toppings worked together beautifully.Their butternut gnocchi is packed full of flavour and Hearty. Their best dish for me, I will have it any day of the week. My husband had the Springbok from the Special menu, he enjoyed every bite of it, It was beautifully presented, perfectly seasoned, all the Components in that dish complimented the beautifully, seared Springbok loin. 😍 . By the end of the meal we were planning our next visit. How ever the service was a let down, below average. As well as their wine selection, a let down. My family and had the most amazing time. And will most definitely going back again.More

We had our anniversary lunch at Tin Roof Cafe - and WOW - an amazing food experience. Welcomed by stunning peacocks and a sleeping cat - the lovely simple outdoor setting in the shade makes you feel right at home. Everything on the menu looks...mouthwatering - and our choice of the seared tuna and cured salmon did not disappoint. Our choice of beef rump and mushroom rissotto were simply delicious. The delectable chocolate fudge desert with peanut butter (!!!!) ice cream was a perfect ending. Friendly service and masterchef worthy food will definitely make us return for more food-experiences at Tin Roof!More

The food was delicious. The presentation was better than what I had seen on Masterchef. The outside atmosphere was pleasant and comforting. There were two beautiful male peacocks that wanted to show off. The service was great. A fantastic fancy restaurant to go to.

In the county east of Pretoria down a dirt road lies a hidden gem. A restaurant that must surely rank with the top restaurants in Pretoria. The relaxed environment, the imaginative menu, the efficient and friendly service, and the excellent food all contribute to a...very enjoyable dining experience. Jenny and her team are winners!More

It is a dirt road the last bit but also for a low sports car this should be possible ( drive slow) we did it with a vw golf. Restaurant has safe parking.
