There are truly no words to describe the experience. Mosaic (and the orient ) is a little piece of heaven We celebrated our twentieth wedding anniversary - and our meal was truly the best and most creative meal we have ever had. Chantel and Mari are kind, talented and beautiful women who treated us like royalty. We will be back... More

This was our second visit to the restaurant Mosaic and the food is just as amazing as the first time. We went for lunch and I still believe this is the best option unless you're a night owl - we arrived at 12 noon, had pre-drinks in the foyer and a quick tour of the wine cellar with Germaine (the... We were once again blown away by the amazing new menu Chef Chantel Dartnall has just launched. The service was superb. The wine pairing absolutely out of this world. Thank you to Mari; Chantel; Germain; Moses; Surprise; Millicent and Sophie for making our lunch so special. We can't wait to return.

I'd rather skip all mediocre restaurants and keep my money for here. It never, ever disappointments and caters for all needs. I took lots of photos. Its not just the food, the decor, the private 1930s cinema, art and the gallery, game walk and then back to the the food. It is drama and showy and everything one cannot make... More

From firstly entering our room with the four-poster king-size bed in my view and the rugs( I think Gabbeh or Baluch) leading to the supersized bathroom displaying the luxury snow-white towels I knew this was the place for me. After relaxing and taking a heavenly shower we made our way to the dining room with our guests. The service and... More

My husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary at Mosaic and also slept over at the Orient hotel 4 April 2017. For us the best dining experience and service ever (dinner and breakfast). Not only did chef Chantel Dartnall took our breath away with her exquisite beauty, kindness and humbleness, but so did her food. The entire experience awakened beautiful... More

There aren't many restaurants that you can visit 5 times and continue to be amazed at the whole dining experience. The staff are absolutely amazing! The setting and ambiance are stunning! But the food... Well Chantel and her team are something very special. The dishes that they create make you realise that all the food that you ate before this... More

Dining at Mosaic is a real experience, fine dining in the most unique setting. It is so refreshing to dine at a restaurant were everyone is on the project. The food was sublime the attention to detail was really impressive and each dish was a work of art. The wine list was one of the most extensive that I have... More

I booked here a few months in advance for Sunday lunch. The restaurant had been on my bucket list for a while. The service here is so professional from the friendly responses when I booked, the guy directing you to a parking space, the sommelier welcoming you and offering you a glass of bubbles. The chef, Chantel Dartnall coming around... More
