This place is so special...the service and food are amazing! You also can't leave without getting a little tea snack. I would definitely recommend the brownies they are to die for.
Thank you for your kind words. We are continually enlarging our pastry menu, so please come back!
Some of the best trained waiters in Jozi. Lovely breakfast and equally lovely atmosphere assisted by Jacques Lagesse and his French themed music. Recommend for breakfast and brunch. Fresh foods, great breads. Traditionally made. Road and building works around which detract but I am sure...More
Thanks for the comments. I will pass on to the team. Building ops? Yes, it's trying at times but it's only temporary. We're hoping to make music a regular feature.
I consider this as hidden gem as didn't know that was just side road off road I often use ,service was really friendly and really enjoyed my chocolate croissant
Read the reviews ordered a simple breakfast as I love crispy bacon and eggs ordered extra strip of bacon charged for it in excess of one third of the total price of dish what a rip off
We are disappointed that your experience was less than expected. The charge for extra bacon is market related but our Simple Breakfast is an already discounted dish.
The place was busy the entire time we were there which is obviously testament to it's quality. I had the croissant with egg and bacon and it was delicious. Washed down with a good cup of coffee
Thanks for taking time to review our establishment. I will share your sentiments with the service and kitchen teams! We only recently introduced the egg and bacon croissant and it has been a big winner!
My husband had been craving sweet French breakfast croissant for a while and the whole patisserie experience. Being in the area we just popped in with tons of expectations. All killed by the menu: a very standard and rather ordinary non French list of food....More
We regret that your experience was less than expected. As for the inability to find French products on our menu, we are really confused. On our menu we offer: French pastries (croissants, pain au chocolat, choc croissants, pain raisin, tournades, tarte au pommes, chaussons aux...More
What a delightful experience this was. Tucked away in Blairgowrie, this slice of France is well worth the trip. The food is fresh and prepared with love and flair. The croissants are light and flaky and the menu is well thought out and tasty. The...More
We thank you for your positive response and favourable comments. The work produced at Patisserie de Paris is very much a result of team work and your comments will go a long way to motivate the staff teams, both in service and in the kitchen....More
The best coffee and croissants (and other delicious offerings) in Randburg. I'm not the biggest fan of eggs, but I'll have their scrambled eggs every time; they're that good. Their onion tart is also unbelievably yummy, as is their baked-daily bread. The waitstaff are great,...More
Bonjour Thanks for your valued feedback. We take pride in our work standard and the quality of the food we serve. I shall share your comments with the team as a motivation to keep up the good work Paul
In Johannesburg, we live under the misconception that Fournos is as good as it gets in pastry. PdP raises the bar in a limited but joyful range of French pastries, breads and particularly croissants. The coffee is top notch, and the menu à point! The...More
We thank you for your positive comments and I will share this with the team who really try to create a pleasant experience at Patisserie de Paris.
