We ate breakfast here on Thursday 19th April. It was disappointing. The food was cold and the staff were more interested in chatting to each other than getting our coffee. It took our waitress 10 mins to get out coffee even through the restaurant was...quite. The menu has not changed since the change in ownership more than 2 years. This use to be a stunning place to have a cup of tea with friends, but not so much any more.More

We were disappointed. The service was slow and food was not hot. Staff seemed more engaged amongst themselves than with the patrons.

Quaint restaurant, nice decor, good service, desserts are very good and cake, tea are fantastic: choose from a variety of tea's.

A lovely place to enjoy a good cup of tea. They have a variety of exciting flavours. The service and food are both equally as good.

Nice comfortable place. Perfect for a business meeting with a nice meal. Very pleasant and great selection of loose teas. Personal favorite is Gun Powder Green. It could be in the name. Prego was awesome.

On driving up to the parking right in front of the facility, it was a public holiday at around 16H00 and one of the owners came out saying that although he was readying to close he'd nevertheless certainly stay open to serve us , so...we entered and were most pleasantly surprised experiencing personal excellent prompt & professional service culminating in not only top grade cappuccinos but also a delish choc vanilla marble cake-----a quick perusal of the menu for future use revealed a solid interesting selection, the theme & ambience is tastefully early 20th century yet comfortable and relaxed, the owners chatting with us and making us feel most welcome, certainly worth more than just a visit, can be quite habitual----More

a wall of tea, a mountain of cake, great service and people watching opportunities. I spent 2 happy hours here.
