We only use the best and freshest ingredients, coupled with traditional baking methods and natural products shying away from premixes, preservatives, stabilisers, flavourants and colourants of any sort. At our core we remain a retail bakery however as the market has changedover the years we have had to change our product offering to offer more services to our customers. Today, our product offering includes: ready made meals; an extensive delicatessen; catering platters; and a coffee shop with an all day light meals menu.
