This place is great for a night out. Staff and our waiter were her friendly. The food was fresh and very delicious. I really enjoyed there burger and chips. Also the Seafood trio was very exceptional.

Food was VERY good but chocolate mouse was a disaster!! Atmosphere great and our Waitress was awesome. No play area for toddlers.

Falsely advertised specials of which there was no stock at 18:30
Nothing offered as an alternative. Not notified of unavailable specials when menus were delivered.
Ribs offered with chips and vegetables but if you swop the chips for a baked potato you forfeit the vegetables.
When you change the chips to a baked potato you forfeit the special offer price and get charged the full menu price.
The worst restaurant experience on a nine week trip around this beautiful country.
Beware of untrained staff and dishonest business practice and will definitely rather give it a miss in future.

Menus are delivered when you get seated. Specials gets discussed by the waiter serving you. I would like to state that nothing about our specials was falsely advertised. As we explained to you when the waiter informed you that the one rib option was sold out because we sold a lot of them, it is while stock lasts. When the waiter and the floor manager tried to persuade you to try the other option you blatantly refused and rudely explained that you refuse anything because you can’t get what you want. So an alternative was offered. You ordered food for the Lady at your table but refused to have anything for yourself.
Also I don’t understand what you mean about certain things being forfeit. Your companion ordered a baked potato, when the food arrived you immediately continued to throw a scene about ‘vegetables’. The vegetables are served in a separate bowl because there isn’t enough space on the plates. This also was explained to you but still you feel to mention a false version in your review.
I apologized for the waiter’s mistake when she accidently rang up the Normal Ribs instead of the Special Ribs on your bill, we corrected this mistake within two minutes, it was just a human error and our mistake. You still decided to try and run out on paying your bill and when stopped by my floor manager continued to assault, threaten and swear at him. We calmly tried to accommodate you. I think your mistaken in your review, you made your evening horrible for yourself and for us.
You speak of false advertising and dishonest business practice, the only person that was unlawful that evening was you.
I feel saddened that you stipulate in your review you would rather give us a skip. That evening when we spoke you said that you have visited our restaurant on many occasions and I feel I would really like to keep you as a customer. We would be happy to try to salvage the relationship and show you again why you always frequented our establishment. Would really hate to lose you as a customer over one bad experience.

This is a real spoil!
Being a steakhouse it’s a must to get a steak and then there are so many different ways you can have it prepared or topped up!
And the service was great, so it’s a guaranteed 5 star experience!

We were served by Thabang - a real gentleman who cares about his customers.
The burgers were among the best burgers we’ve ever eaten. The rest of the food was great, too.

Longhorn Grill was recommended to us by A Little Guesthouse.
Welcomed and shown to a table without any delay.
Drinks order taken and delivered in a short time.
Food ordered after some advice from the waiter and again delivered without delay.
The food was delicious, cooked as requested and served efficiently.
The only negative comment from us is that it was very noisy, even though we were told it was a "quiet" night. It didn't detract from the good experience.
Highly recommended for a well prepared, well served meal.

Excellent but very rich seafood curry, but a terrible piece of steak with more than half consisting of fat and gristle. The reaction when mentioning this to the manager was to be told that I should have told the waiter when ordering that I do not want it like that and that all steak comes with fat and sinew! Slow service from an obvious new recruit but granted that it was a busy night.

Absolutely pathetic service. Draft beer watery, half of my 500gm steak was a piece of fat. Waited 30 min between drinks service, and restaurant was not busy.

We were very satisfied with the quality of the food and the fantastic service received! Discovered this great establishment on our trip up to Gauteng and will be going back to them next week again on our return trip home.
