My favourite restaurant this trip, went there on a number of evenings, in groups of between 6 and 40 people. Service was always excellent, food first class, especially the steaks. Great choice of wines as well. Staff were beyond great, always friendly and accommodating.

After a congres in Bloem we were recommended to this restaurant. Easy to find, visually appealing. Extensive menu at very reasonable prices. Food was good.

Generous portion of shrimps on Avocado Ritz, but needed lemon and black pepper, and very good 300g 'fillet tournedos', with good selection of vegetables. High quality ingredients and very efficient service from Megan. Recommended!

Overall an excellent experience and I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant. The waiters and waitresses very professional, lovely decor and great ambience. The food was excellent - each steak was prepared to perfection - from fillet to the 500g T-bone, the hake was tasty...and ribs were juicy. The vegetables accompanying the dishes were also very tasty. We enjoyed good steak at New York restaurant in Bloemforntein. The service was excellent and really something to mention. The restaurant is clean, large and everything is superb.

Convenient location, atmosphere great, fantastic waiter Evan, food great and interior classy. The reason that they did not get a 5star is the seemingly stinginess to charge R80.00 for corkage when we spent R2300+ there. Why not allow one bottle for every 4 people for...free corkage?More

Arrived the night before a SA vs Wales rugby match without a booking and they still accommodated us. Although very busy we enjoyed our meal.

Unbelievable in the heart of Bloemfontein. The menu is so appetizing that it is difficult to choose. The lamb shank I had was just out of this world.

The restaurant offer fine dining with excellent service. The pricing and the quality of the food was outstanding as well as the service. We went with friends and found the evening most entertaining with well maintained facilities. As visitors to the city our only concerned...was when driving back to our hotel and having to drive through the club scenes down the next block. Total chaos as streets were blocked with cars and party goers looting outside the bars. We did not feel safe.More

A quick stop over and had a great meal steaks were excellent. Setting is very nice great variety on the menu. Service was also very good.

Chose this restaurant based on the tripadvisor ratings, but was left somewhat disappointed in the best restaurant in Bloem - but maybe my expectations were just too high. My wife and I both had different specialty steaks. My wife really enjoyed her Steak Diane, but...my steak was overcooked. I asked for medium rare and received a well done steak. The restaurant did apologise and replaced it, but for me the Jack Daniels rump lacked flavour. Although our waiter was new and still learning, his service was great. I must also commend the restaurant on the wine list - nice variety to satisfy the total spectrum of the market.More
