Came here for a celebratory meal at the end of a week long competition and were uniformly disappointed. Service is disinterested (at best) and very slow although place was pretty much empty. Lots of menu items on the board or in photos on display actually...weren't available . everything else our party had was mediocre. Doogy bags for uneaten food were promised but not forthcoming- you can do better!More

One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had.

Food took unbelievably long to arrive. So much so that we tried to get a waiters attention as we hadn’t been attended to for ages at that point. Despite out attempts, no one would tend to us. I was forced to walk to the front...to try and ask for help, where I was further ignored. Eventually upon speaking to staff I discovered that our order was never put through. After another wait, our food arrives except for one of us who does not receive their meal. The rest of us finish our meals despite our friend still not receiving their’s. They are forced to go and complain once more and only then get their food. No one was apologetic for the frustrating experience and instead were annoyed and unresponsive. I could handle all of this if the prices were reasonable but they certainly were not. Especially since no tap water was offered…More

Best of the best.

Best of the best prawn and chicken curry I’ve ever had. Can’t stop thinking about it. Friendly take out service. Food was fresh. Highly recommend

We had a Take Out but not what we expected from seacoast seafood place.

We popped up to get some Take Always.. Being at sea one expect to get good seafood, but we were disappointed, I had catch of the day(kabeljou) and my wife played safe- hake, for the kids we got some burgers ..but we were not impressed,...Ocean basket and even FisherWays are are better choice. We eat the meals but did not enjoyed.. The sit in side area was quite full and while we waited quite a few take out orders were collected. I don't know if was just us or our order as "unknown" but I would bet on Ocean Basket next time..More

21st Birthday

On suggestion from Ben, the owners son, we agreed to try the various types of calamari starters, and then proceeded to battered hake and chips, as well as grilled hake and chips. Firstly, the staff are extremely polite, helpful and as for the food, as...a lover of hake and chips, I would highly recommend to any holiday / daily visitor to make a point of stopping at Christy's for a meal, which will suit everyone's surf 'n turf pallets!More

Great food, good atmosphere

This placed offered a great selection of food. I went for their fish (hake) and chips and my wife had prawn & salad. Very enjoyable

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND FOOD

We visited this restaurant a few times during our stay in the area.The waitresses were all able to accommodate my dietary requirements. The food was individually cooked and the presentation was excellent. We would thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

Horrible!!!! Avoid! Unless you want food poisoning

Horrific way to start a holiday. Poor service and terrible food. We ordered a burger and a seafood meal and fell violently ill on our first evening in St Francis. Do yourself a favour and AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! What a waste of money.

Grat Food and Top Service

This restaurant is definitely one of our favourites in town. Their varieties of food in the menu ist outstanding and leaves no wishes open. The quality is absolutely top. We recommend their catch of the day and all other Fred seafood, especially the calamaries.

First visit to this restaurant

Did not book and were easily accommodated and quickly seated. Drinks were arranged without any delay. Think the waiter made an error with the price of their local calamari. Then came came back and offered it at a special price which I accepted. The food...was enjoyed by all. Will visit again.More
