We originally went to this restaurant for a milkshake. We liked the atmosphere so went back the next day for dinner. Had fish and chips which were lovely and ice-cream desserts. The next day we went back for lunch and the place was packed out....Had toasted sandwiches and sweet potato fries which again were delicious. Near to the beach and good parking.More
I honestly lost my appetite as soon as I saw the foot long drenched is a split cheese sauce that did not taste good and mad the entire role soggy. We had the longest wait for everything…my burger was cold but tasted ok. The ribs were inedible (expensive !) but my son tried. Couldn’t even cut it to locate the actual ribs. The pizza on the other hand was apparently amazing and the calamari fine....The sweet potato fries had a smoked flavor. The atmosphere is vibrant with live music as well. Had breakfast here most mornings because our apartment was very close in PE the food was nice and the servers were all really friendly.
Had to wait 20 minutes before anyone came to take order. Very limited menu, the grilled fish was oily and bland.
Very laid back and family-friendly, there is a playground outside for the kids to play in and they can drive little peddle cars for R20. But don't ever go on an empty stomach because you have to WAIT for your food so just be prepared...to sit and talk for the majority of your time here.More
Colleagues took us here the day we arrived in Port Elizabeth. We had a great table on the patio and good food. Overall I would recommend and would go back.
Not knowing where we were going for dinner, we decided to explore and stumbled upon this great resturaunt. From the second we walked into this funky busy resturaunt,the service was amazing. The place has great energy and has a lovely drinks menu. The food is...delicious, overall a great place to eat that ticks all the boxes.Oh and a lovely play list to listen to while enjoying the delicious food.More
The quality of the food at SG has slowly deteriorated over the years. When they first opened years ago they had the best burgers, served with real handcut potato chips, in town. Now they serve tasteless previously frozen chunks of chips with the quality of...the beef patties leaving much to be desired. Meals are generally over-priced and service is slow. Tonight they were out of bottled still water… Please, Management, if you read this, it’s time to overhaul your menu and focus on using good quality ingredients. This venue occupies the best spot in Gqeberha and should be top notch.More

Took the family and kids for the roadhouse experience. Food was awesome. My wife enjoyed the Calamari. Great sea views and vibes.
The service was below standard. The beer came with no gas…twice. The cocktails were over dosed with alcohol and food gross
Roadhouses are not high up on my venue if choice for dinner but was pleasantly surprised at this place. Food was good ,we had ribs and chicken wings and the drinks were cold. Overall would go again
