The waitron we had was great! Beautiful personality and well informed with the menu. Food was excellent, we had sushi and they did not disappoint. Place offers a nice view and great atmosphere. Maybe just train all the staff to have that smile on their face lol 🙂

Nice little spot for breakfast, food comes quick, nice coffee and smoothies and the staff are friendly.
The space is cool with nice furnishings.
Must go back and try for dinner before I leave SA.

We are from Pretoria, visited friends in Port Elizabeth who proposed Hello! It's me at Boardwalk.
Amazing food, great evening and to top it all - the super friendly, efficient and professional Cat who served us.

I went to Hello Its Me in Boardwalk and had an amazing dish after work as I was traveling for business, I somehow forgot to ask for a tax invoice slip for my work claims I emailed the restaurant using the email from the internet and no one bothered to respond to me for two months until I commented on their story on Instagram and I was given direct contacts for the boardwalk. I called and someone promised to assist me, I followed up and management still did not respond, if you happen to travel for business think twice before you go there because should you be in need of the receipts management at Boardwalk will ignore you until you give up, I will never visit this place ever their customer service sucks. Poor admin and lack of urgency to customer queries.

Food delivered incorrectly and need to be rectified. Steak was served cold. Steak was like eating rubber and couldn't finish food. Complained to waitress who just said ok, and removed the plates and issued the bill.
Really awful experience and wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We ordered on Uber eats and the food took a while to arrive due to month end but it was very nice.

Oh dear. Terrible service and a very unhelpful manager (Jeff) - half of our food missing and still charged the full order. Borderline scam. The food that did arrive was terrible. Avoid.

What a delightful experience not only was the food brilliant but the staff were attentive, welcoming and efficient. My dish was the salmon open omelette which was really fine to perfection. Well done.

I was driven by past and I saw this restaurant”HelloIts Me “and I thought it was w coffee shop type place open late
Well I must tell you I was wrong
I parked came in sat down
I looked around and there were a few people in drinking talking
I was approached by a gentleman by the name of Petrie
What an amazing guys
You know in Europe at a restaurant of about 20 people you normally only have 1 waiter serving the tables but this guy was organised with the help of his boss and the nice lady behind the bar it was organised
I started with cashew nut noodles with chicken
WOW!!!!!!!
I then had the snorkel fish cakes, Roasted Cauliflower and mussels tapas
Mind blowing !!!!!!!!!!

Whomever reads this if you don’t make the effort to go there you will have missed a piece of Europe right in the middle of Walmer Gheberha / Port Elizabeth

From the kitchen to the Front of house Mir was amazing mi wil definitely be back to try other things on the menu
