I went to Hello Its Me in Boardwalk and had an amazing dish after work as I was traveling for business, I somehow forgot to ask for a tax invoice slip for my work claims I emailed the restaurant using the email from the internet...and no one bothered to respond to me for two months until I commented on their story on Instagram and I was given direct contacts for the boardwalk. I called and someone promised to assist me, I followed up and management still did not respond, if you happen to travel for business think twice before you go there because should you be in need of the receipts management at Boardwalk will ignore you until you give up, I will never visit this place ever their customer service sucks. Poor admin and lack of urgency to customer queries.More

Food delivered incorrectly and need to be rectified. Steak was served cold. Steak was like eating rubber and couldn't finish food. Complained to waitress who just said ok, and removed the plates and issued the bill. Really awful experience and wouldn't recommend this restaurant to...anyone.More

The waitron we had was great! Beautiful personality and well informed with the menu. Food was excellent, we had sushi and they did not disappoint. Place offers a nice view and great atmosphere. Maybe just train all the staff to have that smile on their...face lol 🙂More

We ordered on Uber eats and the food took a while to arrive due to month end but it was very nice. Pulled pork noodle Jalapeno spring rolls Deep fried tampura sushi Lamb burger All of the above was outstanding

Oh dear. Terrible service and a very unhelpful manager (Jeff) - half of our food missing and still charged the full order. Borderline scam. The food that did arrive was terrible. Avoid.

We had both curries on the menu. Very good for us who no want it hot but want to taste the flavour of curry. Great friendly service.

My meal was inedible. Ordered the Mexican flat bread which was so sweet it tasted like dessert. Apparently they had added sugar to the Avo which the flat bread was drenched in. Also didn’t taste like sugar but almost like lemon curd/jam or something that...the Avo was mixed in with. Anyways the waiter didn’t even tell anyone that I wasn’t happy with my meal after I took one bite and asked him to take it away. He just dumped it in the kitchen and never came back to the table. I had to pay for something I didn’t even eat. And then after I had to query, the manager was also just as unhelpful saying ‘sorry they mix sugar in the avo’ but offered no recourse. Come on guys, if I order a Mexican flat bread then that’s what I expect to get. Major waste of money, I actually feel robbed by the manager as I didn’t even eat my meal but was forced to pay for it.More

Good WiFi access and a comfy place to work, even during electricity load shedding. Waiters and waitresses are all very friendly and helpful and the coffee drinks are good.

What a delightful experience not only was the food brilliant but the staff were attentive, welcoming and efficient. My dish was the salmon open omelette which was really fine to perfection. Well done.
