This is a very quaint farm stall that has a nice selection of baked goods and food items that are healthy such as keto bread and energy balls. The food is quite pricey like the avocados and biltong were double the price you would normally pay at a store. Otherwise it was a pleasant place to stop at and get padkos (food for the road) while travelling long distances.

We visited Thyme and Again twice during our stay in Plettenberg Bay. The first time we bought takeaway coffees and cakes (yum) to eat on the nearby beautiful beach at Keurboomstrand. The second we sat in the quaint little garden for coffees and a toastie. Service was very quick, and undoubtedly, the flat white with double shot was the best coffee we've had so far in SA. The wide range of locally made and grown products in the little shop was fascinating to browse and really quite mind blowing. But the highlight for us was the cheerful service we received from Denli who made our visit extra special. Thank you.

We had an excellent lunch here, with superb service. Although it's next to the N2 road, the belt of trees absorbs a lot of the noise. We all ordered the lovely, creamy butternut squash soup, and the 4 of us shared 2 main courses -- a pita and a wrap, both packed with filling and flavour. It was so good, we ate here again a couple of days later!

I was on the road and stopped for quick lunch. I ordered the steak pie with chips after waiting a while to be served. I opted for some gravy that the waiter kindly offered. When my meal came, the pie was cold inside, like in refrigerator cold. I sent it back to be warmed up. It was clear to me that the pie was not freshly baked and they use a microwave to warm it. I would not expect this from a restaurant. When the bill came, I realised that I was charged extra for the gravy. It was absurd as the waiter mentioned nothing about an extra charge and one would normally expect gravy to be included. It was a small amount but for me, it’s the principle. It was not a great lunch experience and I won’t be back.

We stopped at Thyme and Again for a quick body break and lunch takeaway on our way back from PE to Cape Town. Unfortunately, the food was priced at a significant margin more than we would even pay in Cape Town, with pretty shoddy quality. The pies were stale and tasteless, and even a microwave wasn't able to revive them. The quality of food doesn't justify the prices and we left quite disappointed. We won't be back. The are many other places on the N2 route that offer better quality and variety for the same price point.

Thyme and Again is a small country restaurant and supermarket supplying local delicacies and a general assortment of things. The combination and appropriate decor adds a quirkiness to their good food and service. We had a great breakfast, my partner has her own peculiar way she likes her eggs done, which their chef got exactly right. Recommended for a relaxing family meal.

Whenever I pass through on my way to either Natures Valley or Port Elizabeth or just staying in Plettenberg Bay, I make this a must rest stop or a re-supply for eats and treats. I remember when I was first introduced to this little shop, I nearly bit my own hand because of not being able to get to tasting everything fast enough. I spend that evening in my hotel room in Plettenberg Bay with a secret stash of their delicious little pecan nut pies. nearly caused major damage to my bank balance. My recent stop, I was pleasantly surprise to find that they have added a nice play ground for the kids which I was unable to pull my little one away to get back in the car. The food is still great and the service is just what you'd expect from a little tea garden in a sleepy town.

PLEASE go here for breakfast!! The service is fantastic the food was simple but very well prepared and very kiddies friendly. It was so relaxing sitting here even though the road is just behind you. When you have had breakfast do go into the shop, the pies are to die for and the sweet staff is magic. Well done for keeping up the quality! Will I be back? for sure!!

We stopped in prior to our departure to Port Elizabeth. The meal was served fast, was delicious, and the price was very reasonable. We also purchased several baked goods and jellies "to go" in the pantry shop. A nice roadside restaurant and worth the visit to support a family business.

Staff made us feel very welcome. Loved the separate menu for 🐕 As regards menu the smashed avocado could have done with a lovely slice of sourdough bread - also not sure about poppyseed on fruit salad. Great little spot 👍🏻

This is a really interesting roadside farm stall that sells lots of local produce and has a small restaurant offering tasty and well made fresh cuisine. I enjoyed "The Mash" for breakfast on my first visit. This is a tasty dish with poached eggs on a bed of avo, spring onions and tomatoes. Simple, fresh and delicious. On my second visit I had the naked chicken burger for brunch. The burger was tasty and the salad bed was fresh and interesting. I enjoyed the well-organised service during a busy time of year and loved looking around the shop fully stocked with local produce. This is definitely worth a visit for a light meal, a coffee or to buy something interesting.

The Eats: Veggie burger and chips.  Falafel pita and chips.  Zebra fudge, cream cheese brownies and pies for later.  Seed loaf, hummus and basil pesto for dinner The Pros: The veggie burger was delicious.  Plenty of vegetarian options!  You may order anything from the menu throughout the day. Really good service. The treats and pies were fresh and delicious. Well stocked farm stall with plenty of fresh goodies, treats, wine, teas and loads more. The fresh seed loaf was amazing, even a couple of days later!  The Cons: None!  Suggestions: Good food overall. Something punchy could improve the falafel pita

Delightful find on N2, had “the mash” for breakfast. Excellent tasty healthy no carb meal.. they also gave us an americano with pouring cream. No issue. The staff are so warm, welcoming and efficient. All round a great experience. They have an attached farm stall which also supplies great quality healthy food

Do some shopping at this quality farm stall. Best lemon meringue, date balls, wines, sauces, fresh seed loaf, dried figs, organic and local fruit and veg. They have it all. The restaurant is good too and you can enjoy their baked goods there to accompany tea or as dessert. Thyme and Again is a must!

The food was a pleasant surprise for a small farm stall. The service was friendly and fast. Then the farm stall itself had so many delicious eats available you want to take it all! High quality place to visit.
