My husband and I visited this restuarant recently and we both ate the fillet steak. It was cooked to perfection. The staff were super efficient and restuarant location is amongst the busyness of the mall close by. Thank you Jules on Jarvis

Hi my name is "dining is my most FAVORITE thing to do in the world " For the most part EL restaurants are lovely. But not Jules on Jarvis this afternoon! The short story is, I ordered a margarita pizza and a glass of wine,...immediately got an a phone call and NOT EVEN 2 minutes later my pizza arrives! The table next to me even exclaimed and commented, "are you sure you want to eat that...you just took a call a minute ago and your pizza is already here!!?? Luke warm, tomato paste all dry because CLEARLY it had been sitting somewhere for some time, it certainly did not come out of the oven. I alert the manager, a certain Dylan. Without even looking at the dry pizza in front of him he rejects what I say and goes into an explanation of their pizza making process. I say to him that, it took him 3 to 4 minutes to explain that to me and my pizza was done in less than 2 mins. Long story short, I say I don't want the pizza thanks, he insists I must still pay. The pizza is R80. I say no, not a chance I'm afraid. I invite him to call the police or consult the CPA or anything he feels might help him, but I will not pay. I was completely ignored after that, until I asked for the bill With the WORST attitude, he says he took it off, I pay, reward him with a cheeky goodbye and leave, resolving never to return. All I'm saying is, I hope you catch Dylan on a good day 😉 :)More

visited this restaurant for dinner when we were in East London. food was really tasty. enjoyed their burger special which was really nice. catered for all palates. will definitely be back.

It's so good these days to find independent restaurants serving out of the ordinary interesting food. We had a great meal in this vibey, interesting eatery. Good value and good people.

Fantastic experience, fantastic service, someone has put alot of effort in here and the cooks are on song with global trends, this little gem would be at home in any famous food quater globally. Well done great product.

Awesome Valentine dinner. Good choice of starter, main and dessert. Lamb was absolutely delicious as was the panacotta dessert. Beautifully presented, friendly and attentive staff. Well done to our waitress Anisa who answered all our questions confidently. MY FAVOURITE RESTAURANT!
