Had a good meal with a. friend here at the bar. The server was attentive and the short rib risotto was very tasty. There was an odd smell when I entered the restaurant- almost like rotten booze.

Four shared the large portions of 7 or 8 pot stickers and the large goat cheese flat bread. We expected smaller portions based on what you might get in New York for the listed price.. We first had the sweet Resiling while waiting which was...fine but at dinner the Malbec was outstanding for this type of meal and similar for the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir two others had and here is the best part. All were the regular wines as we were unaware of the Lux wines! The main courses were all fish done perfectly. The tuna I had was perfect but it came with a mound of plain rice and the ubiquitous slaw that was with the potstickers and was also on another’s main plate. The fries on one plate were very average and soft. The sides are the reason for “only” four stars. To be fair, based on the appetizers we had and the other we only read about, if I lived here I can see going into the large bar area on the opposite side of the building and having a meal of wine and appetizers and possibly dessert, which read well but we only had room for espresso. We had a great time in part due to attentive service. Highly recommended for a dinner with friends.More
The food was great. But people with handicaps, beware! They have TWO sets of reserved parking, right outside the main door. One is for curbside carryout. The other is for members who pay to be in the wine of the month club. But someone who...has a disability and has a hard time walking? You're not as important as their preferred customers. You have to park halfway down the lot or all the way at the end of the building. Shows you where their priority is. There were plenty of spaces for takeout customers. It would be easy to take a few of those and reserve them for handicapped patrons. Really disappointed in management.More
Once again my family and I had a great time at Cooper's Hawk. The food is superb, the GM and her staff are great. I'm currently working w/ Cooper's to host my mother's 75th birthday. I would highly recommend you stop by asap, you're LOVE...it!!!!More
Service/food/facility are amazing. We are 6 people having a great time. Highly recommended to everyone
Start with a wine tasting, then go to dinner. Request Bobbie Scales to do your tasting, as she is their top performer in this area. Her depth of knowledge is very impressive, but offered in a helpful, courteous manner, definitely not snooty. Their top wine,...Camille Proud, knocked our socks off and we bought a bottle to have with dinner. Outstanding wines and scrumptious food, with great service, makes this a restaurant we cannot wait to come back to!More
The service was great, loved to food and atmosphere. Went at 8pm on a Saturday night and it was perfect! The manager, Matt checked in us several times, and our server, Brittney (sp?) was sweet and attentive. I got the burrata ravioli with short rib...ragu - I think it was a special, but it was outstanding!! My friend got a flat bread and salad which was delicious, and the pretzel bread is delicious! My favorite wine was the Lux Meritage!! Can’t wait to go backMore
We moved from where we had a Cooper's Hawk less than one mile away to a place where the closest location is over an hour away. Then, we also had a pandemic. This particular visit helped provide our minds and our stomachs with the getting...closer to "normal" feeling. We took friends for a wine tasting and a late lunch and they were so pleased that they joined the wine club also. It was a pleasant afternoon with good friends, food, and good service. The Mexican Drunken Shrimp were impressive as usual as the appetizer. Dana's chicken has been and will always be a favorite. One friend was very happy with the taste of the pork chop.More
With the covid situation improving in the area, our group looked forward to venturing out for a nice dinner gathering. Cooper's Hawk was selected since one person was a member of their wine club. Unfortunately, upon seating we were told that there was a 2...hour limit for the table which put a damper on our desire for socialization with dinner. With no alternative, we accepted that and were watching the clock to comply. But BEFORE our time was up, the manager/bouncer appeared and told us it was time to leave. Very unfriendly and certainly not a dining experience worthy of the prices they charge. Overall, this puts Cooper's Hawk into the fast-food pub category given its loud, noisy atmosphere, over-priced average food and unwelcoming attitude. Even our wine club member was disappointed and agreed that it was not a good experience at all. The egg roll appetizers looked so gooey and the barramundi was a bit salty and dry.More
We were a small group in a private room and the service was very good, but the food was even better. Highly recommend the salmon and the mashed potatoes.
