Had the Vietnamese pancake - it was not authentic & disgusting. Service was incredibly slow (despite there being only a few customers).

Service is very poor you have to wait for long to get tasteless food ,cold, looks old...I have refused to have my fish soup coz it was tasteless ....we paid for nonsense..and had food later at home...if you would like to enjoy a decent meal...don't try that restaurant... you will regret it ..More
My wife and I walked in to La Lot while shopping at Pavilion this afternoon and were pleasantly surprised. The assorted spring rolls was a nice sampler and the beef salad was very good. Fresh juice was nice as well. Overall a good lunch. Thank...youMore
I regret coming here what a waste of money, ended up going to another restaurant afterwards for a proper meal. They reheat food in the microwave. The chopsticks on the table were stained & used by others god knows how many times. My drinks glass,...the bottom was curved & rocked about on the table. Odd glass like a reject from a factory. Will never never never return here.More
I've gone here four times and three times it was excellent, but one time, It wasn't the same quality but still good. The service at all times was tops. The egg rolls and dry vermicielli are delicious. There's always a customer in the restaurant, but...guests are well spaced. Great place to eat if you're in Pavillion Mall on the top floor. There's another restaurant by the same owner in KLCC mall, but there the service and quality isn't as good.More
Vietnamese cuisine in pavillion... a numbers of choices of food available... but the taste vs the price is totally out... taste of the food is not up to the expectation and very pricey... service is still consider OK
This was surprisingly good value with good food. Located on level 6 in the Pavilion Mall, the service was also good. There is a large choice of restaurants in the area but we are glad we chose this one. I highly recommend it.
Had a reasonable meal here, servings were generous, as was the amount of chili! We shared a starter, then one main with a vegetable side dish, a small steamed rice. and we were happy. No wine on the menu, but you can bring your own...(Mercato supermarket in basement of Pavilion) and they charge RM30 corkage. Otherwise, beer, soft drinks or tea. Note that they add a 10% service charge, this seems to be creeping in all over the world now, but this one is not "optional". Probably much better value to be found in the basement food court, but here at least you get a nice decor, comfortable seats and full table service.More
stopped here quite late in the day for a quick dinner after being directed to another restaurant across the way which was not what we were looking for. The service was good and food decent ...would happily stop here again.
La Lot Vietnamese Restaurant in the Pavilion complex in Kuala Lumpur provides high quality food at very reasonable prices. The food is authentic, fresh and fragrant and service is highly efficient and friendly. We particularly enjoyed the cold wrap entrees and the fried spaghetti with,...chicken, shrimp, basil and chilli.More
I was hoping to come to restaurant in this upscale mall with fresh food full of flavor. I ended up in a restaurant that did no care much about good food. The satay was dry and reheated, the rest of the food did not look...to be fresh either. Service was really OK, with some friendly faces but nothing out of the ordinary. So to conclude, the food was average with lack of flavor and freshness.More
It was very quiet the night I was here so service was quick. The mixed plate of fresh and fried spring rolls was typical Vietnamese fare, neither bad nor spectacular. The mixed seafood pho was a large portion with a flavoursome, spicy broth. It contained...fish, prawns, squid, octopus and something I couldn't identify, along with plenty of noodles. Accompanying it was a plate of fresh herbs, bean sprouts, lime, chilli sauce and dried chillies. Whilst the soup was delicious enough, the addition of fresh Thai basil lifted it even further. It wasn't particularly cheap but the food I had was good. You could do worse if you are looking for a change from Malay food.More
Been here with my colleagues for the "Buka Puasa" dinner. Order their beef noodle soup, P4 in the menu. I exchange the noodle with the glass noodle, the soup was hot and tasty. The description of the menu said it's a little bit spicy. But...nothing for me as I am a "spicy lover". You may request the chili with them to eat together with the noodles. Suprb!More
the food here was so disappointing....the service was also very poor. The Thai next door is heaps better!
Very quaint and quiet settings, clean and efficient service. The food was served fairly quick as it was business lunch hour. I loved the apple salad for its freshness, crispy and tangy taste. The steamed wrapped roll was perfect - not too soggy or chewy...and the Lemongrass ginger tea goes soo well to wash down the meal. We had the chicken and prawn noodle, its a big portion but there was nothing special about it. Great service, good food and value for money - will definitely be back there again!More
