Favored after-church joint by the locals located at the main plaza near the church. Had Filipino breakfast with Vigan longganisa. They have brewed coffee. Affordable prices.

I used to go here for a snack and have a cake or pork empanada, cheap and affordable food. Not cozy, but a good place to go and hangout.
