About
Dine 5 metres below sea level at the Conrad Maldives Rangali Island's unique underwater restaurant. Marvel at 360° views of reef and marine life, sip champagne cocktails and dine in style at this spectacular Maldives restaurant - the world's only aquarium-style restaurant.Probably the most famous restaurant at the resort, Ithaa is the only undersea restaurant of its kind in the world. The dinner menu is equally special with luxurious ingredients such as caviar, lobster, or foie gras making star appearances. The lunch menu is lighter while the wine list offers the ultimate of wines: champagne. This is a once-in –a-lifetime experience to dine underwater watching the fish swimming by. Cocktail

Once in a life time for underwater restaurant. The atmosphere is very nice. For me, the taste of food (Set menu) is so so. Anyhow, if you live in Conrad Maldives, this is a must.

The evening begins by meeting at the sunset grill where you and the other patrons gather and eventually head back to the Ithaa foyer for a brief champagne meet-and-greet. During the meet an greet, the maître d introduces the group to the restaurant and offers...More

I came to the restaurant 2 years ago despite it having quite bad reviews. I figured even if it’s expensive what an experience it would be. Afterwrads I wrote a glowing review as we really loved it. I wonder now if it has become a...More

You need a reservation before you visit this restaurant. You could either opt for a cocktail session between 11am to 12am or lunch or dinner. I would strongly recommend booking for cocktail as it is the experience that matters here and not the food. You...More

Spend $75++ to have an under water cocktail time before lunch.(shouldn't it in the afternoon?) What $75++ get is only a cup of champion, wine or just (no refill) and a small plate (only two bite) of dishes. The view is superb, but the price...More

This is a unique dining experience, and you definitely pay for it. As expected, the staff and accommodations were terrific. Set menu for adults and kids can order al a carte. The meal was great, and overall the experience was worth the price.

I honesty wouldn’t pay $90 for it again (yes, the $70 something they tell you becomes $90+ after Maldivian and hotel taxes. Both are approximately 23%). It’s nice but it’s not spectacular. Hindsight is 20/20 but there’s really nothing WOW to see down there. Thank...More

I was so excited to see this restaurant as I love everything ocean related. We decided to book a happy hour instead of dinner as no meal can be worth $400 a person not including drinks, tax, service charge, and tip. Unfortunately I was disappointed....More
