After a long day of driving from NH to the Marriot we decided to stay and eat at the restaurant off the lobby. The bartender/waiter was really great. He answered our questions about the menu. I had the chicken parmigiana over spaghetti. I wasn’t disappointed. My wife got the chicken tortellini Alfredo and was very glad with the recommendation. Great service and food.

I generally hate eating at hotel restaurants, but on this trip was not in the mood to go out for dinner so ate the the Blue Fire both nights. Atmosphere is typical hotel-style. The menu is your typical hotel restaurant "pub" grub along with a handful of (pretty pricey) entrees. One night I had the beef on weck and the other a burger. Both were actually quite good. My server both nights was extremely friendly and attentive.

This was set up like a makeshift restaurant! For such a nice Hotel, the restaurant left MUCH to be desired. The menu was not what was posted on line. It is more like a sandwich place. Tacos, thin crust pizza, etc. The menu was not fine dining with very few choices. We were not allowed to sit in the actual restaurant section ....that was reserved for breakfast in the morning for the guests at the Hotel.
The chef, Mark, did his best to accommodate us...he let us create our own toppings for the pizza and the waitress was great!!!!
We were told that they will be shifting over to more fine dining in the future. That's when we will make a return visit.

Mostly pub style food on the menu, average at best. Drinks are overpriced and service is just okay, and that was on a quiet night. Can't imagine it on a busy night. Handy though being in the lobby of the hotel, you can't really go too far wrong.

We decided to try it for breakfast and were delighted with the presentation and the taste.
We had amazing service by Priya who ensured our quirky order was perfect.

Considering the hotel's location, food choices are limited. That said, the food here is quite good, reasonably priced and the service top-notch. Try the roast beef sandwich - absolutely delicious!!

I ate two dinners at this restaurant and they were delicious. The food was plentiful and well presented. The staff worked as a team to make sure I had everything I could want. They were friendly and considerate. The atmosphere is nice, open, and clean.
I would recommend this restaurant. Good food, good value.

You are in a hotel and the choices are limited. I had an overpriced salad one night and a mediocre burger the next. I asked for medium rare, no cheese and the burger was mangled because they could not determine if it was pink or not. I asked for a side of asparagus and it was so tough and dried out that it was not edible. They substituted broccoli for the asparagus and then I was charged extra for it. When I asked about it, they fixed the tab but overall, it was not a great dining experience. There are a couple of other decent places within walking distance; I suggest you try them.

The Blue Fire Grill was renovated with many more television sets, and a new sports bar theme in terms of the staff wearing sports jersey attire. But the fish fry at $16 (available from 4 to 11 pm on the large Plates), to me is by far the best item and value on the menu. It is a very huge portion of excellent quality pollock, with first rate french fries and a different kind of slaw, but all very good.
Danny was a great server that followed through on everything and was very personable as well.
Always a solid choice in the area with a very comfortable bar room with plenty of seating and tables, along with several dining areas for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well with tables and comfortable booths.
Highly recommended and I will return again for sure!

The Marriott is now updating its lounge, restaurant and room service menus. I'm looking forward to seeing the results when this work in progress is completed.
