You can tell that the owners are committed to their business by the elegant south of France feel of the decor. Sophisticated but not extravagant and a nice place to be with white table cloths and intelligent lighting. The owner (I believe his name is...Terrence Bristol) takes pleasure in welcoming diners and discusses the menu which is a good idea as some Seychellois dishes are special like Job fish and bat paté. Really, I'm quite serious. The dishes come bang on time and table service is friendly and efficient. If you are staying in the Kempinski or the Four Seasons, this restaurant is not too distant and a welcome change from big hotel fare. Be aware that all restaurant costs in the Seychelles are eye wateringly expensive but this one is fairly reasonable in local terms. Very highly recommended.More
