Once again we had a lovely meal here. Finally got to try the Berber lamb (for 2 people). Vegetables were delicious! Service was outstanding as always. Desserts weren’t as good as what they’ve been in the past - things seemed to be a little rushed...with the closing early due to curfew.More

Another beautiful meal here. L’Escargot is our go to whenever we are in town. The staff aways greet you with a warm smile and the food has never disappointed. The hardest thing about eating here is deciding what to eat! And then not having enough...room for dessert.More

Hello, My husband and I were staying at a hotel across the street for our honeymoon. The Pearl hotel recommend this restaurant. I have problems walking too far, but this restaurant was amazing! They allowed my husband to pull our car up to the front...door, and they were very friendly and gracious to me, as well as my husband. We never had long to wait for anything. The complimentary bread was incredible and the food were ordered was PERFECT!!!! Even the desserts were amazingly delicious. Its good thing we did take the car, even if we only had to walk across street to hotel because my husband was soooo full from eating! 😂 This place was intimate and beautifully decorated to top everything else off. A night/dinner never to be forgotten. I will reccomend over and over and over again. In fact, as soon as I can, I am coming back!❤More

Great atmosphere. Food good. I enjoyed my steak. The initial impression is that the welcome is not friendly, but after a time they become more friendly.

We went here as part of a TUI tour (we were a group of 10) to Monastir and Sousse, and didn't know anything about the restaurant so didn't know what to expect. The Waiter was friendly and welcoming, the starter was Fish Soup and was...excellently flavoured. I had the fish as the main course and it was simply THE BEST FISH I'VE EVER TASTED. Cooked perfectly and with a potato and cream and butter cooked veg. The other people on my table has the meat (beef) option which they said was excellent. I was not surprised to read on TripAdvisor that it's the #1 restaurant in Sousse, it truly deserves the accolade.More

Had diner here in November , knowing the place since many years. The restaurant is nice and imtime. The waiter was nice and smiling. We had chateaubriand, lam berber, sole gratinee, fishsoup and meschouia The file of beef was a catastrofe, 2 thin pieces 1 centimer...and smal fried at both side , not to eat.. the fishsoup din`t taste of anything , the lam berber was good and tasty, but to little meat. the meschouia was exelent. the fish wass about 7 cm small and thin.(are they saving money)The gratinee was 3 cm thick and very fat as some kind of cheap mozzarella ,my wife could not eat it . Dessert was tarte pommes , very nice and tasty, the brulee was ok?? the chocklate mousse was very fat and like made from pulver, not good. The waiter was nie, he went to the kitchen and I got 2 new lumps of file, NOW as file nicely fried. (strange, our guests had the feeling that the restaurant tryed to save money by trying to serve like this) we hope NOT !! We are not coming back or will not recomend this retaurant any more, we are sorry fore that.More

Delightful quaint restaurant just off the Corniche where a warm welcome always awaits. Family owned and run for decades with consistently high quality of service and food. Excellent dining experience with ‘melt-in-mouth’ steaks a speciality. Worthy of every accolade and high score.

We were recommended this restaurant from a friend and are so glad we stopped in. All food was delicious, staff were extremely friendly and the ambiance was lovely. Plus staff spoke English and it didn’t leave a hole in the wallet.
