Excellent meal, one of the best in recent memory. The food was absolutely delicious and very interesting; without a doubt you should do the tasting menu. Service was also great. We made a reservation the day before and I'd recommend you do the same--although we...More

What a great experience! We did the tasting menu and they adjusted the food as I do not eat red meat and they did a wonderful job. Very accommodating with great service.

Food is a major interest for us when we are traveling (and at home...) so we make a point of researching dining opportunities ahead of time. We look for food that is beyond the norm, from the most delicious food trucks and street stands to...More

It's not easy to find in its new location on Calle 11 and Avenida A, but well worth the time and money to eat there. The entrance is filled with welcoming Chinese statues of cats waving their arms. Upstairs is a cozy and well-decorated space....More

We enjoyed a fabulous meal here on our last night in Panama City. Every course was exquisitely prepared with fresh innovative ingredients, preparation and plating. The service was excellent as was the wine accompanying our meal. We highly recommend going to Manolo Caracol!

What a gem of a place. They have recently moved to a new location on the border or Casco and El Chorrillo. They have a tasting menu for a great price. And even better, they can do the entire menu vegan as well. So happy...More

Manolo Caracol moved to a new location at edge of Casco Viejo, with a street entrance that did not match the experience we enjoyed. Don’t let the Asian display downstairs guide your expectations of the culinary experience to be enjoyed. We had the Chef’s tasting...More

From start to finish, fantastic. Do the tasting menu. They tailor to vegetarians, no dairy, etc. Pacing was perfect and all the dishes were first rate. Service was incredible. Owner-chef comes at the end to take pictures with you! Beautiful ambience with interesting art work...More
