Ordered the special menu which was 188 for 8 courses excluding the complimentary dishes (think 4 of them) so that added up to quite a number of dishes. I have to say the first 3 complimentary dishes were amazing but the ones that came after...More

If you think Sentosa is far to visit, this is a good alternative and probably the only one that serve fusion on open kitchen, however some of you might expect that this will be a Spanish food experience which is partially true as they serve...More

Smart use of the freshest ingredients, fusion Japanese and Spanish, with molecular touch. Been there a couple of times, the menu is updated every month or so, really good place.

We went here for a business meeting and was not disappointed at all. I don't remember too much of the menu as the set menu looked so good we decided to take that immediately. The food was presented beautifully and was very tasty. The cocktail...More

Many restaurants tend to disappoint after being opened for couple of years. I was pleasantly surprised that BAM has kept its standards, and maybe even improved a bit. The omakase menus take centre stage, 4, 6 or 8 courses. You can also offer from a...More

Wandered in for a pre-dinner drink by chance and what a pleasant surprise. Wife and I had the jamon with tomatoes and the padron peppers washed down with a wine glass full of medium sake. What a way to kick start a lovely evening. We...More

I ate here a month ago with a close friend. It turned out to be the best dinner i've had in Singapore. World class food. The head chef was extremely friendly, stopped by the table to chat about what the food. Service was on point....More

Chinatown is a classic combination of colourful
sights, enticing smells, and sometimes startling
sounds. The precinct is unique, however, in its
blending of religions and cultures. A Hindu temple, an
Islamic mosque, and a Chinese Buddhist temple sit
almost side by side. This sense of cultural harmony
continues as you venture just outside of Chinatown to
the nightlife areas of Club Street and Duxton Hill.

Reservation recommended. But depending on the time of the day/day of the week walk-ins should work as well. If they suggest you to sit at the bar - don't get confused! It's even more interesting as you can see the chef's... More
