Haven't been to their new place ever since they shifted away from Siglap so decided to pop by on a Sat night. Despite a pretty empty restaurant, it took really longer than we expected for our food to be served. Don't expect fanciful service, it's...More

Drinking water not free, compensated by good sausages and bread. Avoid the steak. The potato salad is really tasty. The sauerkraut is tastier than Paulaner.

This restaurant has been around for a long time, shifted location a few times but still run by the same family who provide friendly service. The pork knuckle was slightly dry but the salmon and Farmer's sausage were good. I liked their apple cheesecake. For...More

The sausages, all kinds of potatoes and pretzels were really yummy. However the pork knuckle was a tad dry and the bread that accompanied the soup was horrible as it has a soft and pasty texture. The pork liver was okay to my taste but...More

I had jägerschnitzel, rum ball and freshly-brewed coffee. They were all GOOD, especially the coffee. I had never tasted coffee as good as this one. I will be back for another schnitzel in early July 2017.

Had a decent lunch around Joo Chiat Place hunting for a caffeine fix. Found this place, half restaurant half bakery. Bakery was an interesting experience as you surrounded by the smell of freshly baked pastries. Had a freshly brewed coffee with a orange loaf....nice!
