Great service and ambience though food is subpar for Din Tai Fung's reputation. Beijing's fresh dumplings are very good all over, so Din Tai Fung needs to work harder.

The dumplings in their speciality chilli sauce was excellent ! The xiao long bao was consistently good . Had the red bean buns for dessert which were good too. Consistently good!

Amazing Xiaolongbao, we also ordered rice with egg. Very good price and very good quality. 👌🏻 This restaurant is located inside the APM Shopping Center.

The dumplings are very nice and easy. Always a safe bet. Prices on the other hand are on the high side for dumplings and the restaurant mainly caters to tourists form what we could see. Again, a safe choice if you do not want to...take any chances.More

The location is convinient, nice. Best time is evening. There's a wide range of choice, especially dumplings: pock dumplings, vegetable ones even some weird ones like chocolate. And the noodles is as delicious. Service there is not bad. And it's near shopping mall and Ti'anmen...square, so a walk, a shopping nearby could be comlementary. I like to walk from there to Ti'anamen after dinner. And better to have friends together. And a fountain nearby with a lot of steps where a lot of locals, particularly couples , spend time talking. So, strong recommedation after a whole day rushing around in Beijing.More

service was really good, XLB was great ! menu is different from Shangai and California restaurants which makes DTF great ! wondering if DTF in Seattle has a different menu too. KIds were happy !

Food selection is nice for sure and the food itself is really good Service was a bit weird but still not bad but some efforts could be made there. Pricing is tiny bit higher than other place.

Fantastic food. My husband and daughter have been struggling with the whole Chinese food thing so weren't exactly happy when i said we were eating here. By the end of the meal they said they loved it and would happily eat it again. We ordered...15 pork dumplings, 10 vegetable ones, 5 chocolate ones, a bowl of noodles in sauce, 2 bowls of rice (1 shrimp and 1 vegetable) , a plate of stirfry greens plus a litre of watermelon juice and another soft drink and it came to 550 rmb. This DTF was the best one among the one a we visited also in Séoul and Tokyo. Great food and service, good vegetarian options and deserts. They have special drinks and the food was delicious.

This Chinese restaurant serves a good-tasting noodle and xiaolongbao. The headquarter in Taipei is always very crowded. In Tokyo shop, the taste is just like in Taiwan. In contrast, when we visited there in Beijing, only a few gusts are there. However, the taste is...not so different.More
