Went for lunch. Waited 1 1/2 hours to be served and food was expensive and just fair. Maybe good for dinner with music, but can’t recommend for lunch

It was my first time at Muzik Café today. I went at noon. First of all, you should understand that this restaurant is in two parts (you could even say three!): a fast food part and a fine dining part. It can be compared to...the Tucanos. In the fast food part (on your right-hand side upon entering), you can eat well for six or seven dollars. On the other side, you will be in trouble to find a dish that costs less than $20. In this review, I would like to talk about the fast food part. What made me disappointed was the fact that there wasn't any music. I would have expected to listen to music at the Muzik Café... Why is it called "Muzik Café" if there is no music? I had a chicken and avocado sandwich, my girlfriend had a cheese burger. My food didn't look as I had imagined, but it was alright. We both got French fries too. They tasted pretty good. My girlfriend didn't finish her burger. She said the cheese wasn't good enough. We were the only customers. After a while, a man joined us. The walls weren't painted well. The chairs were too old. There wasn't much decoration whatsoever. I would have expected something related to music, even distantly... In other words, the food is quite okay, not expensive in this fast food part, but there is room for improvement.More

Great ambiance on the terrace with good music playing outdoor. Went with a couple of friends for dinner . Food was good and we really enjoyed the sheesha. Staff was attentive and accommodating . All in all will be going here more often.

I usually bring my family and especially my daughter here for a pizza or an ice-cream/coffee dad/daughter quality time. I like the austerity of the Lounge Café, especially the professionalism of the staff. Our Indian friends have been able to convey the message of a...friendly customer service (with respect and courtesy) to our fellow Congolese, who are doing a fantastic job. At Muzik Café you have a feeling of being in a respectful English or Swahili setting, which is uncommon on our French/Belgian-mentality Kinshasa, inclined towards prices and false sophistication. At Muzik Café, you feel the consumption and the experience you are having is worth the money spent. I would definitely recommend the place !!!More

Muzik Cafe is right on the boulevard. There are two separate indoor eating spaces, as well as a small nightclub/bar. It also has a spacious outdoor patio with a brick oven for pizza, I think. I've been here several times with friends, and we always...enjoy both the food and the ambiance. Today there was a sign saying there is a lunch buffet (Sunday) from 12:00 - 16:00. We chose from the regular menu so I don't know what the price of the lunch buffet is. Highly recommended: chicken & avocado salad, and steak (there are several options). Both the mocktails and cocktails we ordered today were great.More

When I first went to Cafe Muzik, I hadn't heard anything about it yet. I had always seen it as I drove past on the Boulevard and one night, when a place we had planned to eat ended up being closed, we decided to give...it a shot. We were very impressed! I have not yet been to the Cafe during the day but have been there a few times for an evening meal at the restaurant. Each time, I have been very happy with the service, the food and the atmosphere. The outdoor terrace is ideal for having a relaxing meal and due to their set up, you feel very much like it is a secluded dining experience. I was afraid that its location right on the boulevard would make it very loud but I was pleasantly surprised to find it was not. One evening, we ended up getting rained off of the terrace, but the staff was quick to get us inside where there was still plenty of room for dining. If you haven't been yet, I highly recommend going and I'm sure you will want to dine there more than once.More

We went there with lot of expectation to get some good Indian food. Charming you owner but disappointing food. Good ambiance but food did not taste as good as expected. Over priced.

I come to Muzik regularly to hang out and relax or get some work done in a very nice, clean, and friendly ambiance. Muzik has the best espresso/cappuccino in all of Kinshasa (they have "real" espresso, not the nespresso mediocrity that most other establishments serve)...and yummy shakes, mixed drinks and cakes/desserts. It's true that it's not cheap, but nice things have their price in Kin. Staff are friendly and attentive. I can't say much of their food, since I'm there usually to hang in the afternoon for coffee, but the menu is extensive and the presentation usually artful.More
