When searching for Lebanese cuisine, this restaurant is one you should not overlook. There is a good variety in the menu for everyone, and even vegetarians have options here. They can also cater and do have a wonderful delivery service.

I got sick here from the tabouleh twice. Also, the shawarma has nothing to do with the proper shawarma....bad meat chucked in a pita with cabbage and lots of mayonnaise. Very disappointing. Far from proper Lebanese food

I am not a fan of Lebanese food, but yesterday I passed by Al'Dar and managed to convince my friend to grab a quick lunch here. It is the quickest restaurant in Kinshasa. You can order straightaway and get served in less than ten minutes....I ordered a falafel shawarma and my friend a meat shawarma. I found mine as delicious as always. My friend said his own shawarma was so so, with not as many vegetables as mine. We also got a plate of French fries and two soft drinks. We paid less than twenty dollars. It is a great place to eat if you don't want to spend too much, if you are in a hurry or both!More

I stopped going there because I always end up with food poisoning. The shawarma is tasteless and the restaurant is filled with bugs flying all over the place.

The quality of the food was fabulous, delicious, and decently priced! I was amazed the prices were not higher. Service was great. I ordered the Shawarma/Gyros/Donair (you need to state the Lebanese kind or you get the kind with french fries in it). My husband...had the Falafel. The second visit we enjoyed the eclair, so big and so delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant.More

I ate here several times out of necessity. Got sick after all occasions. The salads are not washed well, especially the parsley. The shawarma is absolutely ridiculous disgusting to Arab standards, I don’t even believe these people are Lebanese. The shawarma is basically some cheap...meat product with fries and a mayo cabbage sause with no taste what so ever. Horrible experience. Once I found a cockroach in my tabouleh...Now I found another Lebanese resto in town which is much better and clean so I will never go back here.More

If you want to eat traditional Lebanese food at a fair price, this is the place. Their shawarmas are probably the best in town. For vegetarians, the falafel shawarma is a true delight. For others, as well! I know a bunch of carnivores in Kinshasa...who would kill for a falafel shawarma from this restaurant! I am barely exaggerating... From outside it looks shabby and from inside old-fashioned, but don't let that turn you down. When you will see that your food comes almost immediately (please compare with other restaurants in Kinshasa), that everything or almost is surprisingly good and, last but not least, that the bill won't give you a heart attack, you will make it one of your favorite restaurants.More
