I loved this place. Most of all for the stuff who was so gentle, caring, funny and helpful. They really saw the customer and asked and were patiente with me as a customer, because I had hard to decide what to eat. I took fried chicken in their own sauce, Rice and potato, it was delicious. So creamy, lots of flavours and big portions.

I visited this bar a few times during a 4 day stay in La Paz. Such a chilled out Irish bar in the centre of the city. Really great cocktails and great food. Serves classic Irish food (hot chick roll) and drinks (Lyons tea) which is so nice when you’ve been traveling for a few months. Owners are great and mad to think they’ve just opened the bar 2 months ago! Defo worth a visit if you’re in La Paz :)

Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere.
We had the menu of the day (35bs) which consists of a soup + main + dessert.
I would recommend the place, the food was very good except for the dessert (waffle, very dry) but I think it's a general issue here (in Bolivia).

Went there in the evening with family/friends, we were seven people in total. We ordered hamburgers and a couple of other dishes. Five people received their order after almost two hours, after we reminded them of our order. Some of the burgers were cold, and another tasted badly (they also got the order mixed up and gave me a different burger than I ordered).
We got a discount on our order.

Such a great spot in La Paz. It has such a feel of home, the menu feels like any Irish bar at home. The staff are so sound. Specifically our waitor Jorge was so attentive and chatty. Then bartender Fernando made unreal Caipirinhas! Really recommend this spot if you want a good night/food in La Paz

We were in La Paz for just a couple days but managed to eat here for breakfast and for dinner, both of which were delicious. We had the Avocado Toast and Irish breakfast for breakfast and it was the best full Irish I found in our whole trip. We went back the next day and watched the France semi-final game and the atmosphere was fantastic. We stayed for dinner and had the Irish Stew and Sweet and Sour Chicken which was unreal. The decor of the place is very nice, with some great murals. The staff were great and the Irish owner was sound and very helpful, with plenty of tips for our travels. All in all a great authentic Irish bar/restaurant, don't miss it.

The best pub/restaurant I've found in 10 months travelling South America.
The food is unbelievable (particularly the Irish stew), the staff are brilliant (and speak better English than this Scotsman), the pool table is a thing of beauty; and there's a big screen and multiple 60 inch telly's that will satisfy any sports fan looking to watch anything!(with the added bonus of getting a proper pint at the bar)
Jack & Darren(the Irish owner's)are absolute hero's and two of the best lads I've met in twenty years of travelling.
This is one of those rare places that you find on the road that you just want to tell every soul you'll ever know about.
It's an absolute treasure people.
If your in La Paz get yer arse here.
Stop gasping for a breath and thinking there's a place in the city that's even remotely close to the laugh you'll have in here.
Because there's not.
Trust me.

After 2 weeks in La Paz I finally decided to try the Lucky Llama. I ordered the fish and chips and onion rings, obviously craving deep fried goodness!.... and it was delicious, fried to perfection with lemon and tartar on the side. The staff were very welcoming and attentive with a friendly and comedic service. The atmosphere is very chill with something for everyone seeing many different groups of people here also.

I'm only reviewing the Free Walking Tour organised by the Lucky Llama !!!
I had a very nice Tour with Marcelo, who is born and has lived his whole life in La Paz, so who knows the history and good places of the city.
I was the only one taking the tour, so I had the privileged to get a private tour.
We walked through many places of the city, walking slowly without any rush, discussing, taking pictures, having small breaks in nice places of the city.
I could ask any question I had to Marcelo, he was patient, always asking if I was tired or if everything was great for me.
We finished the tour in the Lucky Llama around typical drinks, which was perfect 👌🏼
I highly recommand the Free Walking Tour with the Lucky Llama bar, and especially with Marcelo !

Amazing place for food/ drinks. We came here a few times for breakfast, dinner and drinks and everything was excellent. Waldo (the manager I think) was very helpful giving us tips and places to go etc, he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Tourists and foreigners, STAY AWAY from this place. The food is good, the service is friendly, until the bill arrives. In 2024, they DO NOT accept credit cards. We had to leave my passport in the place as guarantee to look for an ATM at night on the streets of La Paz to pay the bill. It's the kind of experience that no one wants to have on a trip, especially since the menu has no information about the fact that payment must be made by cash only.

EXTREMELY SLOW ATTENTION
45 mins to get a beer in a chop.
We were a group of at least 30 people and decided to get a beer in order to get it faster but they took way too much time.
We decided to leave.

Great ambiance and great food! Had a fireplace to keep you warm, pool table and jenga. Burger was delish! Their credit card reader was down so make sure you have cash just in case! It’s also on a cute street with fun shops to explore after or before you eat.

Great atmosphere, great drinks, fabulous service!
We went for “happy hour” and were very impressed with the service, value for money and fabulous cocktails!
We were served by the amazing OSCAR who made us feel right at home.
We will definitely be back!!

Unbelievable place to watch whatever sport is on. Has all sports, great beer and great food. Have come here consistently since arriving in La Paz as it’s a great place to chill with a few beers, play pool and watch whatever sport that’s on. Alongside that is the great staff that make you feel at home here and take great care of you. Would 100% recommend
