I am always happy to try new things, so ignoring the not-so-appetizing ambiance, I was looking forward to tasting interesting dishes. I tried ostrich with cranberry sauce, octopus with orange sauce, etc. but there was no harmony in the dishes. Cranberries were trying to escape...More

We had a lovely lunch at Can Oba between our trip to the Grand Bazaar and the Spice Bazaar, as the restaurant is conveniently located in between. The food was unusual--risotto with tender octopus legs and strawberries, scallops with a crab foam. The menu changes...More

Every single meal is individually prepared by the chef. Very tasty and fresh. Stay in line with the chef's recommendation and nothing can go wrong. It is cold inside on a winter day though.

Been here a few years back. It was great. The food was original and excellent which made up for the lack of ambiance and the steep prices. I recently went back there with my girlfriend recently and... A total disaster. The chef clearly abandoned this...More

3 years after my last visit the food has changed dramatically. Too greasy, same menu but not the same taste. Plastic water bottles stacked in the corner, distasteful looking refrigerator blocking the entrance, and still no toilette.. and yet too pricy for no liquor... definitely...More
