Very close to the blue mosque and hagia Sofia, ate a very good shish and sweet Turkish pastries! All with live music and a dancer. Possibility to smoke shisha as well. Nice ambience ! Probably not the cheapest place though..

The meal was very delicious, the ambience cosy and very near to the Blue Mosque. Best of all impeccable service! The complimentary Hibiscus tea was nice too. My family and I will definitely come back again if we ever visit Istanbul.

This cafe is a must to see , the food isn’t gourmet but very good Turkish fare .i go the the Cafe Mesale each time I’m in Istanbul mainly for the atmosphere .

Ambience was good. Dervesh performance was soothing. Food was nice, esp vine leaved & Shish chicken. Bread was not, very thin, thinner than wraps. Waiter was not attentive, surprisingly. Place was quite busy & appeared to have locals as well as tourists.

What a way to experience the Turkish cafe culture. Locals playing backgammon in an open air cafe and meeting place very close to my hotel. Soothing music playing in the background and a Whirling Dervish as well. Lots of people just smoking the Hubble bubble...More

yes I believe, we saw it around 7pm then they stopped for prayer.. after that only songs... it depends on how busy they r I doubt ;) anyhow u can see it from street...

Yes, there is. I was staying close by and walk pass it every day going and back. I did not remember the show time, but there is always a live music and dance every time i was headed back to my hotel in the evening.
