I have been to mesale cafe on every trip to Istanbul and this time I was quite disappointed. After a 3 year break I was really looking forward to returning but was let down. Food quality wasn’t the same and staff just seem too busy...More

Choose it to live a classical oriental night, with Turkish coffee or tea, eating a very tasty gözleme or a kebab. You enjoy for sure the dervish dance listening a really nice live music. Everything just under the Blue Mosque...

We very much enjoyed the music, dancing and atmosphere in this cafe/restaurant and were made very welcome. The food was fine and plentiful without being outstanding and was good value.

Very friendly staff. Felt really comfortable. I found it quite noise to appreciate the whirling man but I suppose it's a good intro. Food was not bad.

Loved this cafe, popular with turks as well as tourists. Great mix of the old and new, water pipes, turkish music, whlrling dervish and the click clack of lively backgammon games. Food is standard kebab fayre.

Rude stuff food is less than good and I will never go back again there. The person who takes orders is not customer service oriented at all.
