We (friends) were around Basantapur Durbar for visit. After visit we had brunch in Layaku (quite comfortable place for family and friends as well). In comparison Momo was yummmmmm. I prefer to go again & again for Momo.

You can get good food and calm environment in the cafe. But it seem they love foreigner than local customer. Lack of parking area is some issue here.
New Road, even though its a very busy and happening place, it barely has a homely and nice reataurant to eat at and u fortuantely we ended up at the worst one. Very dingy and dirty looking with even dirtier looking servers. We sat on...a low sofa table because that was the only option to accomodate our one year old baby. Music was loud and a group of people sitting next to our table were even rowdier. After several attempt they finally dimmed the music which by the wy was not appropriate for such restaurant. Menu was over crowded witj too many choices. Food came but was over salted. Had to shout out loud to get the servers attention. Turns out the rowdy group of boys were servers on break. Overall it was just a horrible experience. How is this restaurant still open I am surprised and that too in Basantapur. Never again!More
We were there on a day when there were only three tables occupied. We found out why as the service was horrible and the food not much better. The waitstaff paid no attention to the tables they were serving and it was not until we...said we had to go that our food finally was brought out to us. My rice dish was dreadful and my mate’s veg platter was well below average. Very disappointing experience.More
Centrally located in the heart of kathmandu. The food was just average and but service was good. I tried some sandwich and chicken chilly they just tasted okay! Ambiance is also just average. Price is reasonable. Overall just an average place to eat.
Very near to Kathmandu Darbaar area. Service was prompt. Prices reasonable. You could see the kitchen while seated and it was damn clean.
Perfect place to chill out with friends and enjoy varieties of delicious food and drinks, lively music, spacious interior, friendly staffs. Must visit place :)
It was raining outside and it was getting dark. We chose to have jhol momos here and it was delicious - one of the best jhol momos in the town! Try eating potato wedges here, you'll love it!
Improper management of staffs with low quantity of foods. Owner don't have manner to talk with the guest. It looks like he don't know the meaning of hospitality.
Located in the heart of the city, you can stop in here for food and drinks. The cafe is spacious and staffs are friendly.
Meals from delicious momos, to Dragon potatos and chicken mamtai with beautiful art in their coffee. I loved it all.. the surrounding was also great,, peaceful family restaurant in town.
I had the best MoMos here. These were steam MoMo with a great and spicy sauce. You can select from various seating options - either inside on the ground-floor or first floor next to windows. This section got short leg tables and you're sitting on...a lifted floor.More
This restaurant is centrally located in Patan Durbar Square and it was fantastic to have lunch inside palace like buildling with a nice view. The chicken chilly i tried was awesome. The food quality... thats not bad....
A nice cafe that offers some great snack menu like noodles, momos , fried rice and a high roof lighted place. A decent place to have snacks
