Hello everyone, this restaurant has been closed for the last six months. In it's place is DEAN's Restaurant. Please check when you do reviews that you have the correct name. Thank you

We stopped here to have a drink, snack and a rest. Misting water was a very nice refresher on a hot day. Service was very good, food & drinks very nice and very well priced.

After roaming around the local markets and being pestered by the vendors it was great to be able to withdraw to the Elephants Walk arcade and have clean toilets and a cup of coffee at the Africa Cafe.

Hi There. Thank you so much for your review. The Cafe has now changed hands and is under Trip Advisor as Dean's Cafe or alternatively, Elephant's Walk also has a Trip Advisor page. We hope you enjoyed your stay and please do visit again!

I stopped by in the morning after roaming around and I had some coffee with carrot cake. The carrot cake was really good. The ambiance was nice if it wasn't too crowded.

Felt that the food was overpriced. Also felt pressured as a number of the locals would hang around and try to push their products on us. Felt that cafe owners need to maintain some customer integrity by keeping pushers away.More

A funky little restaurant, filled with great vibes, friendly people, chilled music, delicious food and ice cold drinks, this place has so many fun things happening all the time, we even have a Magic Far Away tree where the kids can sit under and enjoy their meal, while looking for all the hidden creatures. The Africa Cafe looks forward to your visit.
