Very romantic candlelight dinner in the garden (may we suggest you improve the light on the garden tables, it was a bit difficult to read the menu in the dark!!)
But this is a minor matter. The table looked lovely, the food was excellent, so was the staff, very friendly. Thank you for a very romantic and pleasant anniversary dinner!!

This is a restaurant in a very large hotel and has a good variety of food , but the service is slow as not many staff . This maybe fine if you want a leisurely meal, but it’s a slow service . I had the lamb curry , which was lovely and crocodile dish was also great .

So good, we went twice! It was hard to find a place to eat in July as COVID precautions had closed down all sit-down dining at restaurants. However, hotel restaurants were open for travelers. We decided to eat at The Palm at the suggestion of our hotel. It was delicious! There was an amazing salad with fried blue cheese balls and beet ice cream. What?? Beet ice cream?? This can't be! But it was and it was amazing!! So amazing, we went back for a second dinner! Service was great; COVID precautions were followed. If you are in Vic Falls, go here!

I celebrated by birthday here with a couple of friends and we enjoyed a pre-drink in the bar then were graciously escorted to our table for dinner. Outdoor before complete dusk, you could some spray from the falls. The service was exceptional. Although on line, the menu does not have warthog as an entree. The prices were moderate but on returning home, the credit card had been charged twice. I am sure this was an accident (I hope). Lovely place

We stayed at the ilala Hotel and this restaurant was wonderful. a bit limited in dinner options yet we were there for just three nights and did a dinner cruise one night. Breakfast was very good and open early for those heading out on adventure. Our server most meals was a great girl whose African Name I do not recall but it meant Happiness, She needs a long term contract at this place. Ostrich was excellent,

Bad service, it tool a long time to be served. We ordered sirloin steak with fries and we received two small pieces of meat of medium quality, colored by blue on a side.
Waiter and supervisor tried to convince us it was the color of the meat…
Disappointed for service and customer caring, ar the end nobody tried to manage the problem and paid Full bill

Trip Advisor Posting - Cassia Restaurant Victoria Falls Zimbabwe
What a wonderful restaurant in a beautiful garden setting with professional and courteous staff.
There were 6 of us and everyone commented on how delicious their food was and the good service.
Menu was very inventive…had the best oxtail main course ever.

The restaurant is in a wonderful, quiet location near the waterfalls, a good 1km as the crow flies. You dine on 2 terraces on 2 levels. An extensive menu with unusual dishes, also for vegetarians. We ate here twice. All the dishes were delicious, excellently seasoned. You could enjoy different meals every evening for a week. Attentive staff, good wines and cocktails. All accompanied by pleasant live piano music.

This is a beautiful spot for a meal, with the sound of the falls in the background. The food was very good and the service efficient and friendly. The only problem was that we were seated on the bottom terrace - romantic at first but it got very dark; so dark, in fact,, that the waitress had to bring reading lights with the menus. Once the menus had been taken away, we were sat in the dark and could barely see what we were eating. I would recommend the restaurant but would advise asking to be set on either of the first two terraces which had some lighting.

A pleasant welcome to this very pleasant mainly outdoor restaurant. Good service and a delightful pianist playing an enormous selection of great music from different decades. The Springbok shank was outstanding, but the lamb curry could have had more umph.

We ate at the Cassia restaurant for dinner one evening (we were staying at the lodge). Sitting outside and enjoying the evening was so lovely. The food and the service were both excellent. I would recommend trying one of the game meats on their menu. One night, we opted to go to their sister lodge for dinner, and I would have just been as happy eating here for a second night instead.

The food was exceptional and very reasonably priced.
The setting was tranquil and elegant with a live piano player. The service was excellent - the staff are fantastic.
We sat outside very comfortable even though it was July.

We had an excellent evening in the Palm restaurant, the food, service and atmosphere were all great. A special mention to the brilliant pianist. The food is a little on the expensive side but a good option for special occasions.

Good restaurant with a nice atmosphere near Victoria Falls. Thatched roof building with a terrace. The food tasted very good, the selection was well balanced. The service was good - even excellent in a regional comparison across countries. Finally, for example, the table was set and cleared from the right side again. Overall, it was a very pleasant surprise.

Apparently the best dinner place in town. We had an average experience. Service was friendly and welcoming, the food was very average. The setting in the garden with view is beautiful though. It took us several requests and 30 minutes of our time to get our bill.
