I ordered flat rice noodles, and they were more like chow mein noodles; it ruined the dish. Saba Thai is much better.

Consistently one of the better restaurants in Harare - and overall reasonably authentic Thai food (or as much as possible with substituting Thai vegetables with local ones). Default spicing is somewhat tempered to local palettes (so if you like your chilli you need to ask them to turn it up a notch or two). Good portions for sharing dishes. Food... More

The owners Bruce and Oui, go out of their way to welcome you, including their staff. Oui is very fastidious, hygiene is very important to her, so that goes a long way,... More

After days of eating chicken Inn (the local fried chicken chain), this was a very welcome change. It was a cute restaurant with a garden area. No longer at the old address, Chang Thai is now more centrally located at 83 Churchill Avenue, Gunhill, Harare. This is a regular haunt for me. I lunch there at least once per week. The food is consistently good; the service friendly and efficient and prices are more than fair with the most expensive version of a dish (with prawns)... More
