Very good food, although not many local eating options on the menu - mainly international cuisine. Excellent service.

Good was pretty good, not spectacular. Colleagues had raved about the restaurant previously and it was agreed that while it was still good, it was not as great as it once was. Dining both inside and outside, with outdoor heaters available when it's cool. Entrees ranged from $20-30

We love the service and food at Amanzi! The decor and atmosphere is always refreshing and an amazing conversational starter, as they change the art around on a regular basis! The service is always top notch and the owner and management always make the effort to speak to us when we go for a meal or a few beverages on... More

Amanzi is a treat for the senses...sight, sounds and smells. Exotic garden with birds and water sounds, vibrant art pieces everywhere displaying an abundance of local talent and food that tastes as good as it smells. I had the west African stew which I highly recommend ..but be warned that the accompanying salsa is HOT! Loved the buzz, the ambience... More

Dear Cmdheever Glad that you enjoyed the Thursday night vibe. It is fascinating to see the interesting group of both local and international people that the live music attracts. Our Thursday nights have become a "must do" in Harare night life. Try some tasty tapas next time you are there. Thanks for the review. Team Amanzi More

Set back from Enterprise Road, Amanzi is central and easy to get to. Winding paths from the car park to the building create an atmosphere of intrigue, while the mood lighting and ethnic decor contribute to its cosmopolitan feel. Very good food!

A delightful evening at the beautiful Amanzi - the place was packed - make sure to book ahead. Everything we had (mostly continental style) was very tasty indeed - first grade meats and excellent vegtables, plus a good wine list. Staff very nice indeed, catered to our every need and whim!

Wednesday is quizz nite. Most ex pats attends. Food is very good however its expensive too and the portions is to small. Food is very good. My biggest complaint is that the wines is really way way over priced. Place is clean. Service is good. Atmosphere is lovely.

Dear Lordfinsbury Great that you enjoyed the quiz nite. It seems to be getting more and more popular. Please ask for a generous portion next time you are here and we will be happy to oblige. Sadly wine prices have gone up recently by 10% all round. This is because bank transfers for importers are dreadfully slow. Consequently they now... More

We ate here for a work function and had a large round table in a room set apart from one of the main rooms, which gave our party a sense of intimacy without being cut off from the restaurant. The house is lovely, with different rooms and spaces and a beautiful outdoor area. Though large, it has a homey feel.... More
