We went there at least a couple of times for breakfast. My daughter is intolerant to dairy and gluten - they were very accommodating. Food was excellent - the French toast is incredible!! Service was amazing as well. A definite 5 star and not to...be missed while in San Pedro.More

We ran into Mandy and Kevin because we were looking at homes and we shown the house they were staying at. They invited us to Mesa cafe where they managed and we are so glad we went. The food was amazing but the service was...unforgettable. Mandy and Kevin went above and beyond on every accord. They helped make our trip amazing!!! I would recommend heading to the cafe, grabbing a cold brew coffee and their coconut french toast and staying to chat with two of the nicest people we met on the trip!More

My boyfriend and I are currently still in Ambergris Caye, we decided to try Mesa’s Cafe for breakfast and we were not disappointed! This is an adorable little café with the kindest owners. The café is quaint & cozy, the prices are great, the portions...are plentiful and the taste is amazing. If you’re a hot sauce connoisseur… They’ve got a hot sauce for you! The shrimp eggs Benedict and coconut French toast are to die for! So amazing… Up Next for tomorrow the breakfast burrito (I can’t wait)! I seriously cannot say enough great things about this café. It’s a hidden gem and I am happy We found it!More

We stopped in here for lunch and had great food and good coffee. They were able to modify things to be gluten free, which was so nice, and the coffee was delicious after a cool day of diving.

Found this place on Tripadvisor and so glad I did! It was just what I needed for my 2nd day on the island: beautiful, yummy, healthy food served by ex-pats (now locals) who could provide some very helpful information about places to go and things...to do. The dish you see here is the shrimp tacos minus the tortillas, plus the warm sweet potato and bean salad. It was all so delicious and filling! The other photo is of the proprietors Dawn and Al. They were extremely welcoming. Highly, highly recommend!More
