Small cozy place to taste some Hungarian junk food with a “smell” of gastronomy. Not very expensive but not cheap either, good tastes. Definitely recommending the thanksgiving turkey sandwich and the catfish sandwich! The owner was very friendly. At its pluses was the environmental friendly...More

I had the regensburgi which is basically Hungarian sausage in chimney cake. I don’t eat veggies so I asked that the sauerkraut be removed but the lady at the counter insisted that it’s good with their specialty “cabbage” so I said: “okay, put some on...More

I ordered salty chimney cake with chicken and it was really delicious. We also tried sweet chimney cake with vanilla cream and walnuts, which was also tasty. Staff is very warm and they speak English. Definitely recommend visiting.

Could not fault the friendliness of the staff, their explanations for their various 'in house' flavoured syrups; and the quality of the meat served. However, I would not necessarily suggest that what I was served was a 'cheap eat'. Yes, the portion size of my...More

We went here once again after eating at other street-food-like places in Budapest. Service was again a bit slow but this should not be a problem for anyone appreciating freshly prepared food. Quality is excellent, fillings are truly with lots of creativity. Highly recommended.

What makes this place so good, its not just the food but the wonderful service we received, explaining everything, offering recommendations, etc. We ended up having the sirloin and the chicken, which we ate before taking any pictures. Both were delicious! And we also shared...More

After speaking with the guy (the owner?) at the counter, I had an excellent chicken paprika that was a weekly special. There was a spicy version and a non-spicy version. After that we followed up with a fresh cream and strawberry funnel cake desert for...More

Description
With our invention, we've put the traditional Hungarian chimney cakes into another dimension, come try it ;) On our Facebook page you find our opening hours, and weekly menu, because every week different offers we have. We have a small place, without tables and chairs, so you can eat your chimneys as you stand next to our counter.
