If you are looking to eat not the average italian I can recommend this place. You get value for money as the menu has a very good price quality ratio. The service is also very good and the location very nice. We will come back!
Acquavite is situated in a medieval setting in the old town of Naarden. On arrival the host(esse)s were very attentive and kind. Dinner as well as the accompanying wines was perfect. I had the veal tournedos accompanied by endives wrapped in bacon and truffle potatoe...More

This place has a nice location under the old wall.
But they just don't make the cut.
The duck was chewy and the staff just miss the touch. Maybe too young although they try hard which is the right spirit at least.
The atmosphere is...More
